+ -1 moreI think their price was high and I had to chase them down to get the quote. They didn?t call me back after they gave me a quote to ask if I got the estimate or if I had any questions. I was really shocked that none of the companies I spoke to did that.
Description of Work: Neptune Plumbing and Heating gave me an estimate for the replacement of the piping in my house.

+ -1 moreAdam wasn't who came out, it was someone who works for him. He was very prompt, conscientious and pleasant. What impressed me was he put booties on his shoes so he wouldn't track anything through my house. I really liked that! I would definitely use them again.
Description of Work: He had to replace a hose that I couldn't get off my washer to a spicket.
