 + -1 moreMY OVERALL IMPRESSION OF NEOS INC. IS VERY IMPRESSIVE. THE APPOINTMENT WAS SET PROMPTLY, THE WORK WAS HANDLED PROFESSIONALLY (EVEN THOUGH THERE WERE PROBLEMS THEY KNEW HOW TO HANDLE THE SITUATION), AND THE BILL WAS IN THE BALLPARK OF WHAT THEY SAID IT WOULD ME, THEY EVEN ADJUSTED SLIGHTLY FOR THE INTERNET CONNECTION ISSUES. I WOULD READILY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE FOR COMPUTER NETWORK ISSUES.
Description of Work: MY NEED WAS TO HAVE A VPN INSTALLED IN MY HOME OFFICE. MR. JOHNSON'S COMPANY SET THE APPOINTMENT IN A TIMELY MANNER AFTER MY INITIAL CALL. WHEN THEY ARRIVED THE EQUIPMENT WAS INSTALLED AND SETUP TESTED AFTER A COUPLE OF HOURS, WE HAD DIFFICULTY WITH THE INTERNET CONNECTION WHICH NEOS PEOPLE HANDLED AS A COURTESY TO ME ( I'M COMPLETELY HOPELESS WITH THE INTERNET!).
