+ -1 moreI called NB Enterprises to get an opinion on my basement. Subsequent to being waterproofed, I was still getting water in my basement. Nick came out and spent almost two hours of his time diagnosing my problem an offering his ideas for his solution. Knowing that this would not necessarily lead to new business for him, he still took the time to visit my home and give his opinion. This is the sign of a truly dedicated and honest business. If I can't solve my problem on my own I would most certainly hire NB Enterprises to do the work for me. I highly recommend this company based on knowledge, experience, and good business practices.

+ -1 moreHow often do you find someone who suggests you go with the least expensive option but is honest about possible additional work that may be needed? He was on time, he kept mess down to an absolute minimum, cleaned up when finished and did it all in one day. I never would have found Nick if it hadn't been for Angie's List.
Description of Work: Nick came out to look at a basement leak and advised us on a fix. He repaired drain tiles and created a bed of gravel at the site (replacing clay that contributed to the leak). He clearly stated that he was pretty sure that only one corner of the basement was a problem, but honestly said that more could be involved. His recommendation was, however, that we begin with the corner and see how it goes. I waited a bit to turn in this report to see how it would do after a heavy rain. Perfect!

+ 1 moreTHE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS EXCELLENT. THE COMPANY WAS UNABLE TO START ON THE PLANNED DAY DUE TO WEATHER, BUT THE OWNER, NICK, CALLED EACH DAY TO LET US KNOW OF THE PLAN. THE WORKERS WERE PLEASANT, HARDWORKING, & PROFESSIONAL. THEY WERE ON TIME & CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES.
Description of Work: WATERPROOFING OF ONE WALL OF THE BASEMENT. INCLUDED REPLACING BROKEN PIPES & UNCLOGGING A DRAIN.

+ -1 moreNICK GAVE US OUR ESTIMATE PERSONALLY, AND DID A GREAT JOB EXPLAINING THE PROCESS AND ADDRESSING OUR CONCERNS. HIS CREW WAS VERY HARD WORKING AND CONSIDERATE. ALL WORK WAS COMPLETED ON TIME. WE WERE ALSO IMPRESSED BY THE TIME THEY TOOK TO CLEAN UP THE AREA. TOP NOTCH ALL AROUND!
Description of Work: DIG AROUND FRONT OF HOUSE. SEAL EXTERIOR OF BASEMENT WALLS WITH IRONITE, THEN TAR. REPLACE DRAINS AND DRAIN TILE. BACKFILL WITH STONE, CLAY, AND TOP OFF WITH TOPSOIL.
