+ -1 moreHe fixed things economically that I thought could not possibly be fixed. Overall, he was prompt and efficient. He worked every second of his time. He did above and beyond what I asked to make the project look wonderful. I would recommend him for any home fix-up before selling the house because he used the most cost-effective solution to provide the best quality improvement.
Description of Work: He upgraded the house for sale, beginning with the 2nd floor bathroom walls, wallpaper and flooring with great attention to detail and a lot of thought about economical solutions to the upgrade. On the first floor, he painted, plastered, put in new electrical upgrades, refinished cabinets and in the basement he painted the ugly walls, helped with general cleaning and fixed the ceiling in the rec room, which I thought couldn't be fixed.
