+ -1 moreThey were very good. They were very thorough, and very honest. They didn't try to talk us into buying a new unit, even if we have an older unit. We were having our unit checked to make sure everything was in good working condition for the season. They came and checked out everything and said it was fine. We had a little bit of noise, and they came back within an hour and fixed it.
