Motorcars Honda Service Center - Cleveland

I got a special deal. It was a promotional package so they do, for so many years, I think 4, my oil changes for free. If there's other things that I have done, they charge me for that, of course. I take it in for the oil change and if I need something else done, I take it from there. I think the price is fair.

They are expensive. They have service center open at 2am. It's fantastic. It's a great service. I'm pleased with them. They're very good.

It's been a while, and I don't use them anymore. In comparison to my current service provider they are quite overpriced--maybe this is true of any dealership. The waiting room was comfortable, but the service was impersonal and while not unprofessional, nothing I'd recommend to a friend.

As always, the service went very well. There was a 'next day' appointment available for our 1999 Honda Odyssey. They do a great job of keeping us posted on the condition of this older car.

They are great and they are super nice and fast. The people that work there are great and I really like what they do. I have never had any problems and they are always right on time.

I previously owned a Honda and had been very satisfied with the Motorcars Honda Service facility a short distance up the street from this one. I now have a Toyota and cannot recommend the Motorcars Tire Center for service. The overall experience was disappointing. I am a low mileage driver; as of the service date the car had about 7150 miles on it, even though it's over a year old. The mileage is important for two reasons. One, Motorcars forgot to reset the maintenance interval on the car's computer. It is now beeping at me every time I start it. I nearly always ride the Rapid; bringing the car back down to have this reset is an inconvenience. The second reason that mileage is important is that the Tire Center tried to up-sell me synthetic oil, positioning it as if it were dealer recommended. Even if it is recommended by Toyota it's a complete waste of money for a car that is driven so lightly. I researched this online and discovered that even synthetic oil should be changed twice a year, regardless of mileage. Maybe I shouldn't blame them for trying, but it left a bad taste in my mouth. Finally, the car was serviced on a Thursday and on the following Saturday (two days later) I discovered that all of my valve stem caps were missing. Since the car was not left unattended that Friday, I strongly suspect that the technician forgot to put them back on. Again, "just" an inconvenience. But I expected better, especially given my years of positive experiences at the Motorcars Honda repair facility. Given all this, plus a price that is definitely on the high side, I will not go back and cannot recommend.

Their prices are competitive. They are very willing to fix minor issues at little to no cost. They look out for me. They even give me a ride to work when I drop off my car.

Very well. They took me to my office, which was great.

All I have to do is drop my car off, they drive me to work and pick me up for free. Their prices are very reasonable. I couldn t ask for more. I never have to worry about waiting at the center. They always have food, coffee and tea for customers. They have a computer for customer use. They are very personal and friendly. They are unbelievable. I will continue to use them.

They have really good service.

Their price is kind of high, but you get what you pay for and no matter what they are, they are always able to fix it. Their mechanics are great. Recently I had trouble with my 2004 Civic. There was an intermittent noise that would only happen a couple of times and they couldn't quiet get the noise the first two times I brought it in. The third time I brought the car in they were able to distinctly hear the sound and fixed it. They needed the car for the whole day but gave me a rental at no charge!

They do an excellent job, get everything done quickly and at a reasonable price. I'd recommend them to others with Hondas.

THEY FIXED THE AIR HOSE THAT HAD A LEAK. WORK WAS DONE VERY QUICKLY. THEY ALSO CHECKED FOR AN OIL LEAK BUT COULD NOT FIND ONE; WE STILL LOSE A QUART A MONTH, BUT IT DOESN'T SHOW UP ON OUR DRIVEWAY. WEIRD.

THEY MADE ME FEEL VERY COMFORTABLE. THEY DID NOT PRESSURE ME AT ALL. THEY GIVE YOU FREE CAR WASHES WHEN YOU LEASE FROM THEM. THEY WERE VERY NICE AND HELPFUL. THEY ARE VERY SERVICE-FRIENDLY. I WOULD GO BACK. THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS GREAT. THE PRICE GIVEN IS PER MONTH. THE PRICE WOULD HAVE BEEN $219, BUT I PURCHASED A THEFT PROTECTION POLICY AND A PROCESS THAT PROTECTS THE PAINT AND FABRIC.

NOT THE CHEAPEST, BUT THE MOST RELIABLE, COURTEOUS, AND HELPFUL. PROACTIVE BUT NOT PUSHY.
