VERY COSTLY! I DON'T HAVE ALL THE REPAIR COSTS IN YET, BUT I AM SURE IT IS A LOT MORE THAN WE PAID FOR THE DUMPSTER.
Description of Work: WHEN THE DUMPSTER WAS DELIVERED, I TOLD THE DRIVER HE WAS TOO FAR OFF THE DRIVE. INSTEAD OF DOING HIS JOB WITH CARE AND RESPECT FOR MY PROPERTY, HE TOLD ME IT WAS A BIG TRUCK AND PROCEEDED TO CAUSE DAMAGE. WHEN PICKING UP THE DUMPSTER, HE DROVE OVER THE TREE LAWN, TOOK OUT A SAND STONE SIDEWALK SQUARE, WHICH THE CITY HAS ALREADY TAGGED FOR ME TO REPLACE AS WELL AS DESTROYED A NUMBER OF OUR SANDSTONE SLABS IN OUR FRONT DOOR WALK WAY. I EMAILED THEM TWICE WITH PHOTOS ASKING THEM TO REPAIR THE DAMAGE, AND HAVE NOT RECEIVED A RESPONSE.

I SPOKE WITH ALEX WHO ANSWERED SEVERAL QUESTIONS AND WAS VERY HELPFUL. THE GENTLEMAN THAT DELIVERED THE DUMPSTER WAS VERY PUNCTUAL...TO THE MINUTE AND DROPPED THAT DUMPSTER VERY GENTLY. I WAS VERY WORRIED ABOUT MY DRIVEWAY CRACKING, BUT HONESTLY THEY DID A SUPERB JOB WITH THAT DUMPSTER AND THE ONLY WAY ANY DAMAGE WOULD HAVE BEEN DONE TO THE DRIVEWAY WOULD HAVE BEEN BY THE WEIGHT I MAY HAVE PUT IN IT. THEY GAVE ME THE DUMPSTER FOR 10 DAYS TO MEET MY NEEDS INSTEAD OF JUST THE 7 THAT I HAD PAID FOR. IT WAS REMOVED ON THE 10TH DAY EARLY AM AND MY DRIVEWAY IS STILL PERFECT.
