A team of two women came right on time and started cleaning immediately. Later a supervisor and another girl came. They did a very good job cleaning and were done in 2 hours or less.

House looked great when they were finished. A true cleaning! House was on market and sold quickly in part due to how clean it was. Worth the money to have the team come clean. Great that they supply all their own products and tools. They are also great about using any special products that I might choose and provide.the most professional cleaning company I have used yet (and I have used quite a few).

Very smooth from our first call in to the company to the finished job. Unfortunately, the company is unable to provide services on a schedule of every ten days which is what we need. They can do weekly or biweekly but weekly is to soon for us, biweekly is to long to go without a cleaning, based on our personal travel and work schedules.

I like the fact that the owner of the franchise is very responsive.

They sent three people out to do the cleaning. The crew came out right on time, spent five hours in my home and did not do more than a surface clean. I asked them to pay special attention to the windows and blinds and they were barely touched. They did not clean the oven or the broiler. I had to re-clean almost everything. I was very pleased with the dispatch person it was the cleaning crew that was upsetting. She set up the appointment and confirmed everything when we were on the phone.

I would never use this company again.This company likes to use their own equipment.I wanted my stuff used to prevent bug transfer from other homes.I own 4 indoor cats and this was a huge concern for me.We had never had a flea problem and I didn't want one.Joanne SAID their equipment was inspected daily.Their cleaning was generally ok.I had to have them come back several times to redo cleaning they had missed.Joanne comes out to your home to make a list of stuff you want cleaned and tells you that this stuff will be done at every cleaning.She also states that once a month special attention will be payed to a room with detailed cleaning.This never happened,nor did the stuff I asked to be cleaned every 2wks.I did eventually get fleas, BROUGHT IT TO THEIR ATTENTION and it became my fault!I had to pay &400 for carpet cleaning,flea extermination. haven't had a problem since I let them go.upon hired new co.they showed me tons mold/mildew in my husbands bedroom were they never moved a stool.

THE STAFF AND OWNER ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND ACCOMMODATING. ALWAYS ON TIME. OCCASIONALLY OVERLOOK ONE OR TWO THINGS. BUT OVERALL VERY THOROUGH.

HAVE USED SEVERAL TIMES FOR MY 2100 S.F. HOME AND THE WORK HAS BEEN GOOD/AVERAGE. I CALLED TO SCHEDULE SERVICE AND WAS TOLD THAT A NEW FRANCHISE WAS OPEN IN MY AREA (AVON LAKE). THE NEW FRANCHISE HAS BEEN PURCHASED, BUT IS NOT SERVICING CUSTOMERS, BUT THE FAIRVIEW PARK FRANCHISE CAN'T SERVICE ME BECAUSE OF TERRITORY ISSUES. THEREFORE I AM AN EXISTING CUSTOMER NOW STRANDED WITH NO CLEANING SERVICE. I HAVE CHANGED SERVICES AND WILL NOT USE ANY MERRY MAIDS AGAIN DUE TO POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE IN ADDRESSING THIS PROBLEM.

CLEANERS WERE ON TIME. THEY DIDN'T DO ALL THAT I REQUESTED, BUT WHEN I CALLED THE COMPANY BACK THEY CAME OUT THE VERY NEXT DAY TO CORRECT THE SITUATION AT NO EXTRA CHARGE TO ME. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN BECAUSE OF THEIR ATTENTION TO CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR WORK. THEY WERE PROMPT, VERY PROFESSIONAL AND THOROUGH. I'LL BE HAVING THEM BACK TO DO REGULAR BI-WEEKLY CLEANINGS.

SATISFIED WITH BATHROOM AND KITCHEN BUT WOOD FLOORS HAVE NOT ALWAYS BEEN DUSTED AS WELL AS WHEN I DID THEM. THEY BRING ALL OF THEIR OWN EQUIPMENT.
