Mendrea Construction, LLC. is Licensed, Insured & Bonded. During the course of the years, we've completed many different home projects including: custom homes, home remodeling, kitchen & bathroom remodeling, finish basements/attics and roofing, just to name a few. We currently offer a FREE drawing with any basement, addition or kitchen renovation with our contract. This helps the homeowner visualize the finished product at no cost to them! Steve had come three times to fix a leak on my roof. The first, second, and third time he came out he went up on the roof, and assured me it was fixed. After each occasion it would then rain and the roof would leak again. I called Steve on Thursday 11/30/2006, and left a msg., He never called. I called again on Friday and he stated he couldn't get there over the weekend but would call on Monday the 4th of December, and he never called back til the 7th, when he told me that he would have to replace the roof. I told him to forget the work.
Description of Work: Called for an estimate for repair on the roof.

THE FIRST DAY THAT I WENT AND SAW THE MEMBER'S ROOF I TOLD HIM THAT HE WOULD NEED A NEW ROOF, HE TOLD ME THAT HE WOULD JUST LIKE ME TO STOP THE LEAK, I TOLD HIM THE SAME THING THAT I TELL ALL MY CUSTOMERS, I CAN NOT GUARANTEE THE LEAK WILL STOP IT WILL BE ONLY A BANDAGE A TEMPORARY FIX. HE HAD A ROOF THE I WOULD GUESS WAS 18-20 YEARS OLD. I FIRST CRAWLED IN HIS ATTIC TO SEE IF I CAN SEE THE LEAK FROM THE INSIDE, THEN I WENT ON THE ROOF TO REPAIR THE LEAK, I DID A ROOF INSPECTION FOR HIM AND CAULKED ANYWHERE I FELT WOULD HAVE CAUSED THE LEAK. HE CALLED ME BACK AND TOLD ME THAT HIS ROOF IS STILL LEAKING. I EXPLAINED TO HIM THAT HE NEEDS A NEW ROOF AND I CAN NOT GUARANTEE NO LEAKS UNLESS I DO THE ROOF AND THAT I WILL NOT COME OUT EVERY TIME THAT HIS ROOF LEAKS AND CAULK IT UP FOR FREE. I STILL WENT ON THE ROOF AND CAULKED THE AREA UP ONE MORE TIME. WHEN HE CALLED THE 3RD TIME IT WAS RAINY SNOWY AND TOLD HIM THAT I WILL TRY TO MAKE IT OUT WHEN THE WEATHER CLEARS UP, IN HOPES OF GETTING A ROOF JOB FOR THE SPRING. WHEN I REALIZED THAT HE DID NOT WANT TO DO HIS ROOF AND JUST HAVE ME CAULK THE ROOF AGAIN I TOLD HIM THAT I WILL NO LONGER COME OUT AND REPAIR THE ROOF
