Description of Work: Wow! After going through the process of getting estimates for a roof replacement from about 5 different companies, John from Meder came down off my roof and asked me an important question..."why do you think you need a new roof?" I was a little embarassed that my reply was basically because the last 5 guys told me so. John explained that the roof still had substantial life left in it but that the vents, chimneies and stack pipes had lost there sealing. He assured me that for a $500 repair, my roof would last at least another 5-7 years. Everybody else was happy to sell me a $15-18K re-roof, but John just wanted to fix my problem. Business people like this don't come along often. Meder will be the only company I call when it really is time to replace my roof.
