So first know that I was 8 months pregnant moving into a new house and trying to get my flooring in before baby's arrival. So timing was key but it was busy season in the tiling world and Matt found a way to work us into his already full schedule. His crew came in very early in the morning or even at night (we were still living in our old home). He did all of this in order for us to not lose nay time on our timeline, which meant the world to us. But even more impressive was his attention to detail. Matt provided stylistic choices, gave us trends and different ideas for laying our tile to make our rooms look bigger. He laid tile that looked like hardwood in our foyer at a diagonal angle- which looks completely amazing (and we would have never thought to do). He did a "waterfall" pattern in our kitchen in morning room with different tile in order to make it look larger- which it TOTALLY does! Matt's prices were reasonable and he was persistent in checking in our our satisfaction. His crew was super professional and they catered their schedules to those of other contractors we had working on the house. I cannot say how thankful i am for Matt and his crew! Their work was flawless and their customer approach was superb!
