I would not use this company for any reason. Bruce didn’t respond for 4 months then when he did he was extremely rude when the job had been done by another company. Steer clear. Very unprofessional. Don’t waste your time or money.

Bruce and Greg did a phenomenal job! I called Bruce late in the season and he was able to get me in before the weather turned. He came out to pressure wash my porch and deck (in the rain) then scheduled to paint two days later and was completed in two days. The crew was professional, courteous, and pleasant to be around.

Responsive, on time, thorough, nice crew who cleaned up and answered my questions. They patched part of an old asphalt driveway that had to be excavated for a sewer line repair. Their patch was superb - makes me want to get the rest of the driveway done by them!

We hired him to plow our driveway. Not one snow day did they just come and plow our driveway before noon most of the time it was after 2pm. I was also expecting very close to my due date. My husband and I had to contact him several times just to get him to plow our driveway. Yes we had a contract which was not followed according and it a constant battle to try and get out of driveway all winter. The day I brought my baby home my mom contacted him several time to make sure our driveway was accessible to get in. Of course why would anything change we were unable to get into our driveway with our new baby. So I would not recommend this business at all. We ended up paying someone else to finish out our season if my husband wasn’t in the mix of his doctorate program and new baby we would’ve had gone to court for the crap we had to deal with. The patio looks terrific! Bruce and team worked with great care & precision. The price was fair, their attitude was pleasant/professional, they were on-time, detailed, diligent and worked efficiently. They've earned my strong recommendation.

Bruce & team were punctual, professional, and did an A+ job on my deck. I started out with someone much cheaper and the quality showed ... I quickly switched to Bruce. Although he was higher in price, the end project was worth it!! He was efficient, yet meticulous! My deck is beautiful!!!! I will always turn to him with future projects!

Bruce did a great job on our asphalt driveway. We had developed some major pot holes, which he repaired. We have had some bad experiences with companies who "seal " driveways, but never prepare the driveway like we used to do. He cleaned, edged and sealed the driveway, providing an excellent sealing job that should last for a long time. Bruce was prompt and courteous, kept us up to date on the job. We will definitely use Bruce again.

Bruce and team did a fantastic job on our deck. It looks GREAT! They were prompt, fairly priced, professional, helpful, I could go on and on. Their team worked well together to get the work done on time. They cleaned up well after themselves and left us with a beautifully refinished deck that will last for seasons to come. We will absolutely use them again in the future!

3 men came the first day and pressure washed and scrubbed the deck. They worked carefully for many hours and got off multiple layers of dirt and old coatings with their high pressure machine. Only 2 years ago, our deck had been washed and painted by another company promising long lasting results and it was already a mess, so when we saw how clean it came this time we were very pleased. When they came back to stain (high quality oil stain), they were very careful and thorough. Not only are we very pleased with the results, all of the men were gentlemen!

It looks absolutely amazing!! I was certainly taken aback when I arrived home and went to the back of my house and saw the finished product!! They helped me in picking out the color of stain and it looks great. Very responsive!! Will definitely be using them again in a couple of years!!!

Went well. They were timely, helped move all furniture off and back onto the deck, and professional. Also accurate painting technique. We have a large deck. The cost per square foot was on-par with the quote from another company. They used high quality paint.

He did a great job, driveway needed hot patch asphalt, then water pressure wash and then sealcoat.

I hired Bruce to strip the deck stain back to the original wood. Took about 1/2 day. Looked great when he finished.

From start to finish the work was professional. I called the company phone and was prompted to leave a message. A short while later the owner Bruce gave me a return call to set up a time to meet and discuss my needs. Bruce arrived promptly for our appointment and was very thorough in his explanation of the process. I was also given several options. The work was scheduled and began on time. I dropped by to check on the progress...Bruce was not there but he had to capable young guys with him that were very polite and meticulous about the work!

He was more expensive than the other estimates I had, but he called to inquire about my decision, he worked with me on the price, he came when he said he would,he pressure washed the drive, and seal coated it and the whole drive looks better than with any other seal coating I have had in the past. .

Took a few attempts to get hold of Bruce - I even left messages on the FB page, which were promptly answered but he took awhile to come out to do the quote. He was highly recommend by our decorator and the odd bad review didn’t put me off. His quote was expensive but we do have a large deck and he said that the job would last two years, so we accepted it and gave him the go-ahead as he could do the job soon after the quote. . A team of 4 young men and Bruce took the entire day to strip the deck with a powerhose (loads of water used) and it was quite messy...we’d just painted the house, the water stripped quite a few patches off the house plus there are wooden uprights which were not included in the job, but they were full of the stripped stain . - the mess was not cleaned. They began staining the next day. They didn’t remove all the “things” under the deck, so these were stained when the stain dripped through. There were gaps left us stained. The cleanup was none existent. The furniture was just put back. Despite all of this, I still wasok but the stain, that was supposed to last at least two years - didn’t even last the year. I phoned Bruce to ask if he’d come and have a look...I’m still waiting. It’s winter now so nothing can be done but he could’ve come to look and given me some feedback on what can be done in the Summer. I did tell him that I would be writing a review and wanted to give him the dance to fix the deck... doesnt seem to have made a difference.

Could not have asked for a better job!! Very professional....stands behind his work!! And made my 15 year old deck look amazing....actually better than it looked after it was first stained 15 years ago.

Bruce McAllister and his 3 workers did the best job ever on my decks and brick patio. I’ve done the work myself in the past and have hire others to do the work in the past, but Bruce and his crew did the best job ever. I highly recommend him.

Bruce and his crew do a great job at prep, ie. cleaning of organic debris from cracks in asphalt. Showed up to do the job when he said he would and completed the work on time. I am very pleased and impressed with the quality of the work. Thank you Bruce I will call you again when I need the driveway refreshed.

great-he gently power washed it, then did the cold filler, then sealed it, then did the hot asphalt then sealed the new asphalt. Looks good again. very professional. won't need to do anything for 2-3 years.

Crew power washed drive way to prepare the surface for crack filling and seal coating. Crew was very careful not to damage plantings on edge of driveway. The seal coating used was a much thicker and higher quality than you get at the big box stores. The finished job looks great. Bruce McAllister and his crew are great to work with.

McAllister was prompt with a quote estimate for the job, and followed-up to see if I had any questions. Although he wasn't the cheapest option in town, he helped explain the services he provided and the associated cost with it. Given the great work he did in preparing the driveway ahead of time (power-washing it completely and filling in the cracks), he made me a believer that you get what you pay for -- and in this case, it was great service and a great product that should hopefully outlast some of the lower cost service providers and pay for itself in the long-run.

They showed up exactly when they said they would (very early in the moring), got right to work and completed the job earlier than expected. They spent a lot of time making sure the floor was leveled beautifully. Explained any questions I had to my satisfaction. They had done work for us in the past and was just as professional and we would hire them again.

He seemed like a nice guy and I wanted to help out a small, local business. Was professional and enthusiastic over the phone. He said he would power wash the driveway, fill in the cracks, and seal coat with "something they use at the airport." I usually seal coat my own driveway but thought I'd treat myself to having someone else do it, plus the cracks were a violation with the city. He came out with another guy and they did indeed power wash the driveway and made a mess. They killed some flowers next to the driveway. The power washer forced the dirt and muddy water in through my closed garage door and was all over the inside of the garage. I actually had to hose down the inside three feet of the garage when they were done. I was livid. He could have told me to move things away from the door before hand. And not only that, they hooked up their power washer to MY water faucet and ran it for about an hour, so it ran up my water bill. The cracks were not filled in at all. That was the main reason I hired him...to fill in the cracks that I did not know how to do. The seal coating was nothing special. Something I had seen at Home Depot. I called to complain about all the mud inside the garage the next day and he said he was sorry and that was it. I mentioned the cracks and he said oh, gee... For half the cost I could have done the job myself. I was sorry it didn't work out.
