Description of Work: Cleaned a drain .first attempt was not completely successful. Came back a few days later with a more experienced plumbers and heavy duty equipment to open the drain in kitchen. Since then I am now using a biogradable cleaner to keep the drain open and have had no problems.

After much effort, the diagnosis of clogged pipes between floors was determined and cutting a hole in a bedroom wall and kitchen ceiling was going to be necessary to get at the pipes. The quoted price was somewhat shocking to us. | |The work was professionally done. It was evident they valued their expertise and a customer's satisfaction. They also made sure we inspected and approved of the clean-up.

Description of Work: Pulled toilet, solved problem, cleaned up after themselves. Husband liked how they explained what they were doing and why. Excellent service. Very professional!

Description of Work: We had to have our Sewer Line first Cleaned and the Lined because of Root intrusion. This was the First Private Home in Summit County to use this method. Mayer Plumbing called in an expert in this Method and got the job done and held the Price they Quoted us.

Description of Work: Had used another plumber on Angie's List with an excellent rating and was very disappointed. Tried again and found Mayer Plumbing. Could not have been happier. Had a shower leaking which they fixed, also fixed a leaking toilet, a leaking faucet and also looked at and ultimately fixed a poor draining Jaccuzi bathtub which another plumbing company would not even look at. I wish I could remember the name of the serviceman but he was excellent. Will use Mayer Plumbing in the future? Absolutely!

Description of Work: I have used Mayer for numerous jobs over the years. The latest was a clog draing line to the road from my sump pump. They cleaned out the line and I am no longer having problems. I have also had them do plumbing work for me in my bathroom relative to a shower drain leaking. Again very good job and very professional. They are the only plumber I typically use.

Description of Work: I had an appointment and no one showed during the agreed upon time span. I called the company and they said they would be an hour late. An hour later they still weren't there. I called the company back and rescheduled for another day. They promised me that they would be on time for the next appointment. The next agreed upon day and time they were also a no show. I called the company and they said they would be late again. I reminded them of their promise and they had someone there within an hour. It was later in the evening and they seemed rushed. I had them replace the seal around my garbage disposal which went well. However, while they were snaking my bathroom drains, they put a hole in my pipe. I have an older home. Instead of hand snaking the older pipes, they used the automatic snake in order to save time. When they left, I had a hole in my pipe and it was still clogged. I had to have another plumber come out and cut a hole into my ceiling to replace the broken pipe. So not only did I have another plumbing bill, but I also had to have drywall work and painting done. I would not recommend this company!
