Description of Work: I have used the company a number of times over the years. This time, I had a problem with the main drain to the house and they came to clean it out. Because the house is 60 years old, the access cap to the drain had become stuck and they had to chip it out and replace it. They were on time, very polite and thoroughly explained what they were doing. I will call them again.

Description of Work: Chris put the furnace in and you couldn't find a more professional person. He really knows his business. The problem we had was the warehouse was out of the furnace we needed so we had to wait over a week. The second problem is Mayer is short staffed and our installation date took almost a month from when we first called. We had some really cool nights so we had to use heaters to warm the house. Then it got really hot and we had no air. We have used them before and never had this problem, so yes we would use them again.

Description of Work: On Friday evening I had a stopped up kitchen drain and, after almost 80 oz of Draino, it was still sluggish. Made the appointment for Saturday, but when I checked it in the morning it seemed much better. Decided not to cancel and, when Justin from Mayer's arrived, he checked and confirmed all was well. NO CHARGE!
