Description of Work: The service man snaked 2 lines. They are working much better. The service person was neat, professional, and efficient.

Description of Work: Purchased a Big Deal for general plumbing services. They effectively cleared a clogged drain and also took a look at a very small stack leak and a toilet, providing advice for future service. Nice guys, professional, super quick call back to schedule after purchasing the big deal. Would definitely use them again!

Description of Work: Very good. Professional and pleasant crew. We're late for the second appointment due to an earlier job taking longer than expected. But they got the new water heater installed on the day promised and at a competitive price.

Description of Work: I had a faulty sump pump and the service tech. replaced the unit for me. Communication from Mayer Plumbing was timely, thorough and professional. They gave me an appointment time that was convenient for me and the service tech was right on time. He was fast, courteous and professional. He explained to me what was going on with my unit and how the replacement would be a better solution. I was not hoping to spend $400 on this, but I believe it was necessary and the right solution.

Description of Work: My current plumber was to busy to come and work on my kitchen plumbing, so went through Angies list purchasing a coupon to use Mayer plumbing. After arriving, I discussed the items needing repair. The work on a broken plastic coupling was done correctly underneath my kitchen sink. I felt confident the plumber could handle some other menial jobs. I asked him to look at my leaking shower head...after he explained he needed to replace the hot water handle insert to stop the leak, he proceeded to make the repair. Afterward, he said he could not adjust the handle to match the cold handle because the insert would not let him, but why were they lined up in the first place. He also replaced an insert in the kitchen sink handle that was hard to use. After checking it out, it was still hard to use and I asked him to take it out and put the old one back in it. After he installed the old one, the faucet started leaking and kept adjusting the screw to find a setting the faucet wouldn't leak. He created a bigger mess, because after I turned on the water the faucet started leaking again. |I decided to call my plumber and wait for them to come and do the work right. They were amazed the plumber couldn't align the facet handles and properly replace the kitchen handle insert. I will never recommend these guys...
