As usual, they did a great job - steered me to the right box spring product for the type and size mattress which we had - I actually learned a lot about getting the best life out of a mattress by having the right box spring! Prompt delivery, set up, very pleased. We just went back and purchased a trundle bed, thatand quot;s being delivered today. Easy going folks, no hype, no pressure, we're happy customers.

I entered the store and told the salesman exactly what I wanted. He showed me two mattress sets that were exactly what I had specified, and I bought one. I also bought a frame. I was told that if I spent over $400, which I did, the delivery and setup were free. Delivery was set to be between 3 and 5 that same day. At 3, I got a call saying their truck had broken down, and that I could reschedule or wait for delivery the same day, but it might be late. The delay would not have been convenient, so I waited, and they showed up in a replacement truck with the mattress and springs at 4:00! Unfortunately, and this was MY fault, I had not realized that my previous bed was a full extra-long rather than a queen, and the frame would not work. They had a broken truck and other deliveries to make, but they managed to get me a frame that WOULD work, making an extra trip, and getting every thing all set up by 5:15, which I thought was very good considering the obstacles they faced.
