+ -1 moreI would like to echo the same sentiment by another user. Absolutely horrible ! I have used them for a number of years and they seem to get worse every year. Same thing happened, they only came out once at 5:00 this morning (I was up) and haven't been back since. Our driveway also has almost 2 feet of snow in it and we are unable to physically shovel. Do they realize that they are hired due to limitations that we cant do it ourselves ? i wish I could get out there and not rely on these folks. Oh, and their phone number was either full or now off the hook when I tried to contact them. Jeff Wunsch you should be ashamed of yourself !

+ 0 moreToday was our first big snow, and boy did they let us down. They only came out once at 5:00 this morning and haven't been back since. Our driveway has almost 2 feet of snow in it and our cars had to be parked in the street. Everyone in my household is physically unable to shovel for medical reasons. Now we face waking up in the morning to our cars being towed or ticketed. By far the worst experience we have ever had.

+ -1 moreThey do a great job. I'm generally not the lat one on my street to get plowed and they always show up. At the end of he year to fix any damage their truck my have done to the law of whatever.

+ -1 moreOur bedroom window lies through the driveway, and he has been very considerate with the kind of equipment he uses. He ploughs the driveway at 5 o clock in the morning, but he doesn t even wake the dog up. He is very careful and very prompt. His price is reasonable, and I have no complaints at all.
Description of Work: They snow plough the driveway for the last few years. They did lawn mowing for me.
