Or 6 year old Samsung washer sounded like a jet engine on high speed spin. Marty showed up on time (actually, a few minutes early). He diagnosed our problem in minutes, but ran the machine through a rinse cycle to be certain. Unfortunately for us the problem was the main drum bearing. He showed me what needed to be replaced (surprisingly, half the drum that includes a sealed bearing and motor). Marty said the repair cost would by $1000+ and recommended buying a new washer. So, in the end we only paid for a service call, and thankful for an honest evaluation.

He came promptly and knew what to do. He got the fridge working and cleaned the coils, which I also didn't know how to do. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional.

Checked everything out adjusted the dampers and vacuumed out coils we couldn't reach with our vac. Said everything working properly and checked with his thermometer and was cooling immediately. The most important thing is i called him just before four and he came within a half hour. He is very quick to respond. Thats a plus plus for me. Highly recommend.

Called Marty up in the morn he was there by 2 pm took it apart and found there was frozen veggies stuck in the holes where it drains causing the water to pool and freeze blocking air flow to the fridge. Defrosted everything cleaned condenser checked all parts everything was good. Very happy with service especially how quickly he came. Thank you.

We called Marty on Monday afternoon and he got back to,us later that day and came over on Tuesday morning. Unfortunately, he took one look at the washer and the motor and drum and said it would cost $800 dollars for parts. The water had leaked all over the motor and it was a total loss. He suggested what brand to buy for our needs and was extremely helpful.

Called Marty this morning and he was able to schedule same day service. He checked out and identified the issue and went to pick up the part. Wash machine is doing a load as I write this review. Job well done.

Marty came out the same day I called, he even worked late just to get the work done. He replaced the bearings and cleaned out all the lint from the machine! It now sounds like a dream!

My washer wasnt working. He came and replaced the motor. He was here within 24 hours and he repaired my washing machine

Marty identified the problem as being the motor for drainage. He went out and got the part and replaced it. I was back in working order in a few hours. Its been working great ever since then. I will definitely call him again if any of my applicances break. He was prompt professional and efficient.

Marty diagnosed the problem and provided a quote before purchasing the Whirlpool replacement kit. Purchased the kit and replaced the drain in a timely manner. I will definitely hire Marty again if we have a large appliance repaired.

Wonderful! He actually discovered I didn't have to replace the seal, a major expense, because the freezer drawer on my refrigerator wasn't properly placed.
