After initial call never responded to text didn't show up

Marty was outstanding. My refrigerator/freezer stopped cooling late on a Thursday night. Called Marty's number and left him a message to please call me the next morning. He called around 8:15 a.m. and said he'd be at my house in a couple of hours. He was there before two hours went by. Spent a significant amount of time testing and diagnosed the problem. Replaced necessary parts. When problem persisted discovered a short related to the water/ice cube dispenser which was interfering with the other systems. Stuck with it until it was fixed and put a significant amount of time and effort into the repair. Was there for at least three hours and stuck with the price he quoted me at the outset. Would use him again and would recommend him to anyone looking for an honest, hard-working professional.

He never came or answer my phone call.I would have appreciated a call back the man I talked to sounded weird on the phone.Will never call their again.

Both fixed and the refrigerator is working properly.

I called Marty's Appliance Repair this morning.....he wasn't sure he could make it to my home today but he would certainly try.( I needed to have my dryer repaired.) Not only did he make it to my home...BUT repaired my dryer!.. So professional. I called and he said he may be able to get out the same day. He called to check our availability later in the day and came over. Got straight to work. Discovered a string wrapped around the motor. Removed the string and we were back in business. No muss or fuss. Well worth the fee. Would call him back in an instant with any other appliance issue. Super service!

I called Marty again. He came out within an hour, dismantled the dryer, and determined that the motor was failing. He immediately called his supplier, picked up a new dryer motor, and replaced it on the very same day. I'm grateful because I had a load of just-washed clothes, waiting to dry. He took the time to help us, even though that made a very long day for him. He was polite and professional.

Marty was at our house within 2 hours. He took the dryer apart, diagnosed the problem, and replaced the parts. He completely disassembled the dryer and cleaned it thoroughly. It works great, and he cleaned up after himself. I don't know how his price compared to other repair businesses, but we are very satisfied with his work. We would definitely call him again.

Marty called back after I left a message. He was able to come out the same day. He ordered some parts and came back the following day but then advised we speak with Bosch. He later called back saying he had figured out how to fix the washer. He was able to come by the next day which he did and completed the work. He was prompt and efficient. It was very much appreciated.

Marty was punctual and was able to have the refrigerator repaired and cleaned in little over 2 hours. Even though it was an older, discontinued model, he was able to find the necessary parts that it needed.

1) Set arrival time at 9 - 9:30 am. Asked if he could give me a call when he was on the way. He called at 7:30 am and said I'm right around the corner. 2) He left a huge mess behind. 3) Asked for an invoice, which he wrote on a small generic receipt book. Did not list price for each item or service. Wrote his name and phone number on the back of the receipt. Real professional. 4) He charged $230 for a $60 part (I called an appliance parts store afterward) for a non-urgent service call, installation of a new heating element and cleaning the dust out of the dryer! Maybe because I'm an elderly woman. Maybe because it's Christmas....

Part replaced same day. All is well.

The job went well, and the technician was honest. I would use his services again and refer him to someone else.

Service was excellent. The problem appears to have been in wiring under the cooktop, which he got working. He also verified that the oven is working correctly. Gave me 5% Angie's list discount.

Professional and Honest. If we have any more appliance needs, this is the company that we will definitely do business with again.

After having Sears Home Warranty department out here 3 times, claiming they fixed the problem, and then leaving, I chose to just pay someone. It is difficult to find someone to fix Samsung appliances. Marty came out the day after we called, arrived when he said he would, and fixed the problem within 1.5 hours (he even went and purchased the needed part when Sears needed to order it). Marty is well worth the cost! Would not hesitate to have him come for another appliance and / or to recommend him. He was no-nonsense, did the work, and was professional. I asked questions and he certainly seemed to know what he was talking about.

Marty is our go to appliance repairman. He repaired our refrigerator twice and most recently our dishwasher. He is very responsive and the work is done in a timely manner. Fair and affordable prices.

Marty's Appliance called and when told of the issue felt it was the motor that needed to be replaced. Money would be better spent buying new. Did not want to come out and look at the dryer. I hired called another company who did come out and the dryer belt switch was the issue. My dryer is repaired.

Quickly detected the priblem and fixed it on thed spot.
