Description of Work: Marty is great. He is always punctual and very polite. He always explains the problem, and its repair, in detail before beginning any work. To date he has repaired two freezers and a refrigerator for me. I will be calling him soon for a leaky washing machine next. I have not and will not use another repair service since I found Marty.

Description of Work: Our refrigerator stopped working and after contacting Angie's list we were given 3 places that we could contact. The first place said they do not service our brand. We contacted Marty's Appliance Service and he said he does and we scheduled a time for him to come out. Marty arrived a few on time after calling to let us know he was coming. He found that he needed to order a part and would return on the following Monday. He called Monday to let us know that the part had not arrived, but would let us know as soon as it did to schedule a time to put it in. He called the next day and said it was in and arrived at the time he scheduled. He knew what he was doing and our refrigerator is back in working order. We will use him again! He also gave us a discount for being a Angie's List member.

Description of Work: My refrigerator seemed to be failing and I was pretty upset because it's a huge appliance and very expensive to replace. I called Marty's Appliance and Marty came out right away. Turns out it was a problem in the freezer only and Marty fixed it the next day when he got the part. He charged me $225 for parts and labor which I think was very moderate. I would call him again in a minute.
