Description of Work: Mark was efficient and professional. He did a thorough inspection of the property I was thinking of purchasing. He was quiet as he went about the job but did respond to questions I asked. I would have liked more communication but was pleased with his work.

All fine, all well.
Description of Work: Everything awesome, he was not inclined to the realtor and was customer oriented. I have recommended him for my families and friends and hope that he received a call from my friend in Columbus, Ohio. He is perfect at his job. The only concern is he is tough at discussing matters after the job is done, if you have to contact him, because I had that situation. May be he was tired then, I always give him not only A but a SUPER A FOR HIS SERVICE.

Description of Work: MARK AND HIS CREW (A TOTAL OF THREE CAME!) PROVIDED A HOME INSPECTION FOR A NEW HOME WE ARE BUYING. THE INSPECTION WAS EXTREMELY THOROUGH, INFORMATIVE AND PROFESSIONAL. WE HAVE A COMPREHENSIVE REPORT THAT PROVIDES US WITH NOT ONLY WHAT WE SHOULD NEGOTIATE ON NOW WITH THE SELLER, BUT ALSO WHAT WE NEED TO DO WITH THE HOUSE IN THE FIRST COUPLE OF YEARS OF MOVING IN.

Description of Work: MARK BROUGHT 2 OTHER INSPECTORS WITH HIM, AND INSPECTED A HOUSE I WAS CONSIDERING BUYING. THEY WENT OVER EVERY INCH, FROM ROOF TO BASEMENT, AND FOUND SO MANY MAJOR FAULTS THAT I DID NOT BUY THE HOUSE. HE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING HE WAS LOOKING FOR IN GREAT DETAIL, AND MADE SUGGESTIONS FOR WHAT I MIGHT DO TO FIX THE PROBLEMS AND HOW MUCH I COULD EXPECT TO PAY FOR SUCH SERVICES. WHEN COMPLETE, HIS REPORT ALSO INCLUDED SERVICE COMPANIES HE RECOMMENDED FOR SPECIFIC JOBS I WOULD NEED TO HAVE DONE. I WILL BE USING HIM AGAIN ON THE NEXT HOUSE I WANT TO BUY!
