They provided a prompt quote and scheduled the work a few months later in the fall. They were up front about the schedule and ongoing weather delays. When they were finally able to start, I had to delay the work due to other construction on my house. I really appreciated the flexibility to delay the work until the following spring. When the driveway and garage floor were completed in the spring, I was very satisfied with the work. They even saved the sod they cut out to install the forms for the concrete. This saved me time and money in repairing my lawn around the driveway and walks.

I loved Mardan Cement Contractors. They included in their proposal the widening in some spaces and the eventual finishing work versus other people who said the swirl finish instead of the traditional finish was an extra $400. Very nice guys, very professional, also very prompt, and very friendly. That is one of things I really liked about them. They were very friendly. They came a couple days before to let the neighbors know that they were going to be on the street, have equipment, and that the equipment was going to be parked on the street. So everybody had a comfort level with we are going to be here and that they were going to be out the way as much as possible, but that was part of what had to be to do it. It was very nice of them. Two other people on our street had them do some minor work for them while they were working on our street. They were here about 7:30 everyday and then they were done by 3:30. They cleaned up. They were very clear about explaining what the process would be. They walked us through the process and then were really clear with us with the curing process for the driveway and making sure people were not walking on it and when we could park back on the driveway. They came back out and checked the work. They were just really, really professional and very nice guys. I liked the fact that they were conscientious of our neighbors because I have really good neighbors.

Mardan Cement did a great job in pouring my new driveway.  When called for the estimate, he responded promptly and gave me the estimate on that same day.  They completed the job in the two days as promised, arriving early with a five man crew each day.  The hand finish looks great.  They also replaced and cleaned drain pipes connected to the driveway so all run cleanly now.  Work area was cleaned carefully each day.  Dan returned early on a Sunday morning to apply second coat of sealant.
I considered the price reasonable and in line with other estimates.

Arrived promptly. All on crew were very polite and professional. CLeaned up at the end of the day. Concrete was to be poured on the second day, but due to weather was postponed one day. Owner called to let me know of the change in dates. Concrete was poured and hand finished. A sealant was applied so we didn't have to water the new concrete. We are very pleased with the new drive!

I would recommend them and they got recommendations while they were here; I am still getting compliments. The work was wonderful and they are organized. They cleaned up, were prompt and looked like they were working as a team; I have no complaints. I will use them again in the future.

Mardan called and came in April to do the job.They had the same guys on the crew, took care of all permits and inspections. They removed all the old concrete, set up the forms and prepared for the new concrete. A few small changes needed to be made because of how we wanted it done. Dan made the changes without a problem or issue.The whole job only took three days start to finish and looks good. It was a lot of concrete to pour so he split it up over two days, again this crew works hard to do a nice job.Dan also came back a few days later to seal the drive again. Overall we are very pleased with  Mardan Cement, they work hard, they clean up well and do a good job.

 The job involved excavation around the house to the footers,remove/ replace the drain tiles. Cover the walls in mortar and ironite, seal with tar and backfill with gravel and topsoil. Mardan made the arrangements for removal and rehookup of a.c. It is much easier when it is out of the way safe from being damaged. The five man crew, one being the owner worked from the time they arrived in the morning about 7:15 till 4:30. All had there specific jobs and worked hard, they completed the whole job in five days which was a lot  of work.They put down a lot  of plywood sheeting to keep from destroying the yard. Overall the yard did not get tore up at all, they seemed to do the best they could to prevent it.There was some settling of  the ground but that is expected, the landscaping was not included in the work,I will do that in the spring.The job went very well and results so far is that everything is good. In fact we also contracted Mardan to do our cement work in the spring of 2012.

DUE TO RAIN FOR SEVERAL WEEKS JOD HAD TO BE DELAYED

The workers were very enjoyable. They worked well together and interacted with me well. They had some fun but they worked hard too. I had checked them out on Angie?s List and Better Business Bureau. They were recommended to me by one of my close business associates who was in the insurance business; his father was using them on a number of projects, and that was another reason why I chose to go with them. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future; in fact, they are coming back out in May to finish another section of the driveway that I didn?t want done last year.

The salesman was very upfront about the process and said up front that they might not be the absolute cheapest company but they do the job properly and on time. They were more responsive that competitors with their quoting process and they were very professional.

Everything was fine. He was professional and was very helpful. He came back a few times to go over things with me. The work was good and he cleaned up.

The crew arrived on Monday morning @7:00am, and began removing old driveway concrete, front sidewalk ,entrance walkway and also the neighbors front sidewalk and driveway apron was done at the same ttime. They than did the frame work, gravel filler and added the wire. This was all done the first day. The next day the cement was laid, job was completed around 10:00am, this included seal coating sprayed on twice.This company was extremely professional and the team work was AWSOME, The crew knew what they had to do and there was no time wasted.

I waited as long as I could to replace the driveway and when I finally got the courage to spend the money I did my usual checking of multiple contractors. Mardan was not the least expensive nor were they the most expensive. What I got from my initial meeting with Dan was a certain level of confidence in what he said and his willingness to work with me to give me exactly what I wanted. Even after the project was started, I changed some things and he worked with me very fairly. The work was done exactly in the time frame stated and the results were great. The crew he had working with him were just awesome! I would most certainly use this company again and would most certainly refer my friends to him.

Everything went very well. Showed up for the estimate on time. Performed the work as agreed. Also did work for 3 of my neighbors who also were very happy with it.

This contractor was courteous, prompt, and did everything on the schedule he promised. That includes the estimate, getting the permit, laying the walk, and the follow-up sealer treatment. This is the best experience I've had with a contractor of any kind. I highly recommend his work. They also cleaned up the area completely, so I didn't get a cleanup job afterward.
