It took a while to get the project started, but it was done within a day. Great work! The crew was efficient and skilled.

Dan was very responsive over the phone and via text when questions came up. His price was reasonable and he provided me an update on the project timeline as the date approached. He and his crew were professional, courteous, and the driveway looks great. Would definitely rehire.

We are very pleased with the work that Mardan performed for us. Dan was very professional. He completed the job in a timely manner and was very good at communicating when he would come to do the job. We had a weather delay but he let us know right away so we could plan our day. I am impressed with the quality of his work.

Dan Mardan was great to work with. He gave us an accurate estimate and only asked for 5% down to get on his schedule. He thoroughly explained everything he was going to do and keep us informed as to when he would be able to start the job. When he started he arrived promptly and he and his team got to work quickly and professionally. An issue was found with my sewer pipes as his team worked (nothing they did just old pipes). They stopped their work and fixed the issue expertly. They finished the job quickly and on time and I am very happy with my new driveway and sewer pipe. I would highly recommend Dan and his team and I will be using him again when I have my basement waterproofed.

It went extremely well. The work was done on time and done very well. Dan was always accessible for any questions and always answered them promptly. Would definitely recommend them and use them again if I had other work to be done.

My brother had Mardan put in a patio at his house last year, and I was impressed with the quality of their work, so Mardan was one of four companies I got quotes from. (Cost was similar across all four quotes.) Although Mardan was not chosen for the job this time due to a time constraint on our part, I will not hesitate to use them for another job we are anticipating in the next year or so.

They did a great job! The drive looks amazing. The whole team was very polite and friendly. Dan does a great job with follow up. He answered all of my questions and always returned calls right away.

We had the driveway done late in the season and everyone loves it. We had an inspector come out to inspect the AC and the first thing he said was who did your driveway. He gushed over it.

They came early and completed the project in one day. Very efficient and professional. Looks so much better.

Excellent, I could not have asked for anything better. I contacted him in 2015 because he was so busy, however the wait was worth it. Everyone who sees the driveway compliments how beautiful it is. He brought in a whole crew and was on site the entire time. He even put back the grass as well so it wasn't even noticeable that it was touched or damaged at any point.

Dan and his team did an excellent job from start to finish. For the amount of concrete work that was done, including a stamped patio, it was quite impressive. His team did a very good job of ensuring that the messes were minimal (and bear in mind, digging up and pouring concrete can be a very messy job) and we've been very pleased with the results. The thing I most appreciated was Dan following up with me each day as the work progressed, to make sure we were comfortable with how the work was progressing and to iron out the nuances of things like secondary colors and shape of walkways. I hope that we'll not need any new concrete work for many years, but wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to friends.

Great! Everything took place within the expected time frame. Dan was friendly and knowledgeable. The drive and garage look terrific.

Dan was very professional, responsive, and honest. It is obvious he and his crew take great pride in their work. He was one of the only contractors I received a quote from that I felt adequately addressed issues such as pitch and drainage. Dan also took time to explain to me what he was doing and why he was doing certain things.

The job went very well. They stuck to the time frame Dan had told me. Dan kept me informed of the progress and called to let me know or to ask me any questions that we did not discuss in advance. Driveway looks fantastic and I am very pleased with the experience.

They were very easy to work with. With our old driveway we had an issue of ice build up in front of the front door due to poor drainage. They took out the old asphalt driveway and took extra care in grading it in order to eliminate the problem. (I waited to review them until we got ice and snow). The problem was solved and we are extremely pleased with it. Their crew were respectful and hard working. My neighbors commented that they never saw such hard workers! The driveway was finished in two days. Our rental property was done the next day. I would highly recommend this company.

Dan and his crew did an excellent job. They were punctual every day. Dan let me know if he would not be there due to weather. Everyone knew their job and did it professionally. The installation looks great. I would definitely use Mardan again.

Crew arrived on time on the assigned date. Work was performed quickly and with no delays. 4 days total of work. Minimal inconvenience. I was surprised at how quickly they got the work done and how organized the team was.

Driveway looks great and makes a huge difference in the appearance of the house. Work went quickly - basically 3.5 days to waterproof and pour. Basement doesn't smell as damp after rain showers. Happy with the work.

.Dan provided an estimate for the work while at my house. After selecting Mardan Cement to do the work, Dan gave an initial guesstimate on timing to do the work. Since outdoor concrete work is weather dependent, Dan would update me periodically on timing. Once the date was finalized, Dan and his crew arrived on time and clearly knew what they were doing. Dan is very much "hands-on" - he worked with his guys to tear out old patio, replace patio roof supports and installing and finishing the concrete. All of the crew were professional and the end result looks great!! Thanks Dan!

My 91 year old house had a 91 year old garage floor which, over time, had cracked in many places and sunk in others...definitely a potential hazard besides being unsightly. Dan and his crew, including his father and young son, arrived on time and immediately went to work. I really wanted to watch but didn't want to annoy or get in the way so once in a while I came out to see what and how they were doing. They are a great team...there is no wasted motion or time as each person does his job. The clean up went as smoothly as the removal and installation. If I were not planning to sell my home, I would be tempted to have them redo my driveway. Dan said the work would take one day and although I was skeptical, he was right. I can't believe that I could actually love a garage floor..but I love the one that Mardan installed.

I called Mardan cement on July 14 and requested an estimate on a partial driveway replacement. I gave all my information and Dan said he would provide an estimate. I never received and estimate. I waited until the beginning of Aug to write this review.

Everything was completed as promised. No surprises. Big job, weather didn't cooperate for much of the time. Worked around the rainy weather and completed everything as quickly as they could. Very happy with how everything looks.
