Very pleased

They never called me back.

THEY WERE EXCEPTIONAL. I WAS VERY PICKY AND THEY NEVER DISPLEASED ME. ONE TIME THEY OMITTED SOMETHING AND THEY CAME THE NEXT DAY TO FIX IT. THEY WERE TRUSTWORTHY AND I COULD LEAVE THEM ALONE. THE COMPANY DOES DO BACKGROUND CHECKS.

Everything went fine. They arrived at the appointed time -- two people. They cleaned in the time they had estimated, about an hour. Two cats stay in the basement, so there was some pet odor, but the odor was gone when they were finished.

It was fine. I had to ask them a few times to keep their voices down due to my child napping. I also found them to be a little slower than other cleaning companies. It ended up costing me fifty more dollars than I spend with the cleaners we normally use.

Overall, I've been extremely pleased with the quality of the work done by the various teams, though I personally would prefer to have the same team come every time. We have been in the process of remodeling a few rooms the past couple of months, which has resulted in our not being able to have them cleaned as scheduled. Kim and Dana have been very accommodating, allowing me to either substitute other rooms to be cleaned in place of the ones being remodeled, or allowing me to pay an hourly fee for just the rooms I need cleaned. I would highly recommend this cleaning service.

Their prices are a little bit higher than other companies we talked to, but I am always pleased with what I see when I get home. There was a situation where the tile in the tub was not cleaned well, I called the owner and mentioned this and the next cleaning everything was taken care of with no additional fee to me. The employees were considerate and professional. The owner was very responsive, she came out personally to check on the work and to talk with me about what I thought of it. Once they evaluate your home, they give you a flat rate. My price is for a 3,000+ square foot home and I find it to be reasonable. I am more than happy to pay the price for the work I get.

I'm happy with their service. They do just what was promised and I haven't found any examples where they missed anything as they cleaned. I have a cat, who sheds like crazy, so it would be easy to see if they missed a corner in a room. They also seem to be respectful of the things I leave on tables, as I always find these things (books, magazines, trinkets) neatly organized or arranged after they are done. Overall, I'm happy with their performance and think it's a good job at a reasonable price.

The teams vary, but the company is very responsive to my input on every visit. They have me fill out a review sheet on every visit to be sure that the team is performing to my satisfaction. Dana scheduled a visit in advance to view the house and to write down my preferences. The company is extremely professional and tries very hard to please.

Management and staff are professional and courteous. They worked with me to clean things to my satisfaction, and although the crews rotate from week to week, the cleanings are consistent. They are also careful of delicate items and generally things are put back in the same place. Price is a little on the high side, but I think it is worthwhile to hire a company that is insured.

The company was responsive to my inquiry and flexible to meet my needs. I will continue to have them in my home on a regular basis.

We have a contract. They leave a form to fill out. They are responsive to what I have said. I have been very well pleased, and they do a good job.

WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH MAID BRITE'S SERVICE. THEY ARE ALWAYS ON-TIME FOR OUR SCHEDULED CLEANINGS, AND THE WOMEN ARE EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL. ALL OF THE ROOMS HAVE HARDWOOD FLOORS, AND THEY ARE ALWAYS CLEANED VERY WELL. I HAVE USED OTHER CLEANING SERVICES, AND HAVE BEEN FRUSTRATED WITH THE QUALITY OF THE CLEANING, AND THE UNPROFESSIONALISM OF THE WORKERS (I.E., COMPLAINING ABOUT THEIR BOSS TO ME, TELLING ME ALL OF THEIR PERSONAL PROBLEMS, TRYING TO GET THE CLEANING DONE IN RECORD TIME AND THEN COMMENTING ON IT, EVEN THOUGH THE CLEANING WAS BAD). I HAVE NEVER HAD THESE PROBLEMS WITH MAID BRITE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

KAT AND LINDA COME AT THE APPOINTED HOUR, GET RIGHT TO WORK, AND STAY FOCUSED ON IT UNTIL THEY ARE FINISHED WITH THEIR USUAL EXCELLENT JOB. ALTHOUGH ON THE MORE EXPENSIVE SIDE, THEY ARE THE BEST CLEANING SERVICE WE'VE EVER HAD AND WE'VE BEEN THROUGH SEVERAL.

AFTER USING MAID BRITE FOR ALMOST A YEAR, I CANCELED MY SERVICE, BECAUSE THE QUALITY OF THE WORK VARIED DRAMATICALLY EACH TIME DEPENDING ON THE TEAM OF CLEANERS SENT. ALMOST EVERY WEEK THEY MISSED SOMETHING, (I.E., MOPPING, VACUUMING, CLEANING THE TUB, DUSTING). TO THEIR CREDIT, WHEN I CALLED AND COMPLAINED, SOMEONE WOULD COME AND RESOLVE IT. HOWEVER, IT WAS IRRITATING TO HAVE TO CALL SO FREQUENTLY TO HAVE SOMEONE COME AND CLEAN SOMETHING THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE IN THE FIRST PLACE.

I INITIALLY MET WITH A REPRESENTATIVE, TO WHOM I EXPLAINED WHAT WE REQUESTED TO BE DONE, HOW OFTEN, ETC. THIS WAS A VERY DETAILED CONSULTATION. THE EMPLOYEES THEN BASED THEIR WORK ON THAT CONSULTATION. THEIR SERVICES HAVE BEEN VERY WELL EXECUTED.

OVERALL HAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICE - THEY HELPED US OUT IN A PINCH AND THEIR QUALITY IS PRETTY GOOD BUT VARIES WITH WHAT STAFF THEY SEND OUT.

EXCELLENT WORK. PRICES ARE A LITTLE HIGHER THAN SOME, BUT WORK IS WELL WORTH IT. VERY PROFESSIONAL.
