I had a contract with them for over a year. Their service cost me $140 for per cleaning. They were definitely better in the beginning. Their quality tapered off towards the end. When I initially contracted with them, they had agreed to do a lot of services. However, with time, they would miss out on certain jobs. So, I had to call them back for the work and they would send someone out do the work. At that time, they were really worth it. However, overall, they did a good job. Also, I felt that their billing practices were not really straightforward. There were times when I would forget to leave them a check. So, there was a lot of reconciliation at the end and there was a lot of digging through old records to make sure the amount that I owed them. It was very frustrating. I suggest that if they improve their billing practices, it will go a long way. I will probably use them again in the future.

The process of scheduling was easy, and the staff were very courteous and professional. They arrived on time, and I left to run some errands. A few hours later I got a call saying that they had shattered my sliding glass shower door. The supervisor and office manager were on the scene shortly thereafter. They got most of the glass up and did not charge me for the additional time. However, when I went back later that night, I did find a few visible pieces of glass, and felt a lot of fine grit (which I'm assuming was glass) on the bottom of the bathtub. Their insurance company offered to replace the glass door with a new piece of glass using the old hardware. However, this would have taken a undetermined amount of time to manufacture. The other option presented to me was to pay the difference between the piece of glass and a off-the shelf glass door ($200 difference). Since the house was supposed to transfer ownership that day, I felt time was of the essence (even if I were staying in the house, how long could I gone with taking a shower with no doors?). Overall it took about 60 hours to resolve the situation, with me opting for the more expensive option. Overall, the cleaning services were adequate (I'd give them an A-), and had it not been for this unfortunate incident that wound up costing me more money, I would consider using them again. However, this whole experience has soured me on using outside cleaners in general.

I have been a customer since June 2009. Mary Jo came in and provided a detailed and thorough estimate. They are dependable and they leave an evaluation form for me to complete after each visit. Cleaning is professional and thorough. My one complaint is that after only seven months they raised their fee which seemed too soon. However, they do a professional job and are reliable. I recommend Maid Brite.

This report is long overdue but now I see how, over the long haul, Maid Brite operates and I have had various people from the company in the house with which to compare. This is a wonderful company. The quality of the workers and the quality of the work is exceptional. Yes, it is a bit pricey and at first I was only going to have their help when my husband had surgery and through the recuperative process.But here I am a year later and I wish I could have them do more! I must also comment on the men and women who work for the company. Aside form the fact that they clean extremely well, they are wonderful, caring human beings who often go beyond the scope of their job in large and small ways. One aspect of the company which I think is great is the form that the folks leave after they clean and which is turned in by the crew that comes the next visit. You are asked to evaluate their performance and if it is less than perfect, they want to know why and they do take it seriously. You do get what you pay for...and sometimes more!

at first they were OK (needed repeated reminders to do some tasks) but expensive. *** They do not change bed linens or bathroom towels without extra charges (not mentioned at outset)**** Then they started leaving unfinished rooms (rugs up on chairs), dirty cleaning towels around (I complained), and finally left the entire client book with addresses and keys behind (and of course could not get back in to get it until I was able to give it to them). So it seems they became very rushed and not careful at all, I had to let them go and am much happier with my new house cleaners.

They did very good job but we just couldn?t afford it. I was not at home when they did the work. They were really good about making sure what I wanted before they started.

They are very flexible. I had one contract with them. I told them that I did not need certain features of it and asked them if they could put together a package that would have what I wanted. They worked that out. They have been responsive to my need to change the schedule at times. It does not matter as to how bad the smell is or whatever; they come. They are dependable.

The two crews were very professional and very thorough; I appreciated their care with my belongings; the first crew cleaned a 3rd floor bathroom that hadn't been used in 15 years and made it sparkle...looked like a new room!

The job was done before estimated time and it was well done.

They know what they do, and they don?t bother me. They are very good, very professional, and very trustworthy. Our home looks great when they are finished. I have always been satisfied with their work. It amazes me that they leave a little report at the end for me to fill out. If we have any problems, we can put it down. They come and check it the next time. Sometimes, the managers will come and do surprise checks on them.

Used this service for almost a year and then stopped because the quality of the cleanings was inconsistent. Some teams did an excellent job, but others did not and it seemed as if often some things were left dirty (bathtub with greasy residues, toilet seat not cleaned, kitchen countertops left dusty, greasy. etc). The management personnel were, for the most part, very helpful. They offered to come and finish up what was done poorly by the cleaners in a particular day, and at the end, even refunded us our last payment, since cleaners had applied oily substance in furniture that was not supposed to be treated in this way (despite our original specifications). The management personnel do really try to ensure adequate cleaning service. But this seems to often be beyond their control, and it is also quite irritating to always be calling and complaining about what was left undone. It was particularly annoying to often have to repeat the same concerns in paper as well--Maid Brite has a paper form to leave feedback about a cleaning--since we did not always get the same team. Despite that, I did not appreciate that in a couple of occasions, management personnel implied that we were at fault for having such high standards, and even for having dirtied our kitchen.

I've been using them for 5 or 6 years. They are responsive to problems and they are flexible with my schedule. They are more consistent in the staffing they have and they are easy to reach. Dana at the office will get back with me pretty quickly.

They are very considerate, nice and customer friendly. They make an effort to satisfy their clients. They were easy to work with and their price was very good. They will bend over backward for their customers.

Great experience in every respect. When Dana came out to work up an estimate, he was very conscientious in terms of explaining exactly what they would do and making sure it was in line with my expectations, as well as being very friendly and easy to work with. Coming home from work on the days they have cleaned is such a pleasure! In addition, everything is clean and smells fresh but without chemical odor. Highly recommended.

They were OK. There were small things that they left out. I plan to call the company. They still did a good job. I don't like the fact that there are no receipts. I asked for a receipt and the cleaners said they don't give receipts.

They cleaned what I needed. I had 2 gentlemen both times. I had 2 the first time and were very good, so I requested them again. I was quite pleased with the service. The first time, they weren't very punctual because they got held up at another job and nobody called to notify me of this, so I called and found out. I shouldn't have to call them, they should be calling me. I needed some help moving stuff to the basement and the guy told me that they have some people that won't do that, so I went ahead and did that myself. I thought that kind of came along with cleaning a house, but I guess not. They were very quick and punctual the second time.
