Mary Jo (owner?) who I spoke with many times on the phone was very professional, courteous and accommodating. She is very good at following through and over communicating. The ladies that came and cleaned were also great. First they were running a little late but let me know they would be right in as soon as they finished lunch. Linda and Cat were very thorough, worked VERY hard and efficiently. I am not sure I received my 10% discount but I figured that they earned every penny for doing a job that I was unwilling to tackle:) I am 100% positive that if I had called Mary Jo I would have been happy with the conclusion.

The crew was very efficient, worked quickly with no delay and no problems. They were very careful with delicate objects, and they performed every task we requested. They were polite, professional, and very thorough.

Outstanindg. The owner came out and did a walk thruogh with me. I pointed out the areas of concern that really needed cleaning. She had great suggestions. It was clear she communicated well with her staff. They did an outstanding job. They come each week now. Very thorough and dependable.

When I called Maid Brite to set up a consultation, the office manager, Dena, was super helpful in helping me figure out a way that I could afford to have them clean on a regular basis. The owner Mary Jo came out to do the consultation. She was super friendly, professional, had paperwork, and took notes about my cleaning needs and product preferences. She explained clearly, and with a sense of pride, their method of cleaning, products and equipment they use (and their willingness to use my products). She made sure I knew that her company is here to serve me and meet my needs. I had told her of a bad experience I had with another company a month ago that did a "deep clean". She assured me that I would be able to see a big difference - and I did!!! My home, every nook and cranny, was shiny and dust free. The staff was super friendly and was obviously there to work hard and get the job done - which I love! I have them clean every other week for the last three months ($107 each time) and have not been disappointed. It is worth every penny. Everyone on staff does a great job and are great people. I feel very comfortable leaving a key with Maid Brite to access my home when I am not there. Because I have young toddlers, I actually try to leave when they are there, so we aren't in the way, but there are times when that just won't work, and they are so kind to my kids and work around us well. They welcome feedback and are eager to fix whatever isn't working for me. I can't speak highly enough of them. Thank you Maid Brite!!!

I continue to use the service bi-weekly and have never been disappointed. I get exactly what I require from friendly people who care about the quality of servce. Dana, Office Manager and Team Coordinatir has beenback to verify performance and exoectations are met. He is always willing to help in ergency situations. Regular team member, Art, is aways working to exceed quality goals. I highly recommend this service.

I was very pleased with the work done in our home. The workers were on time and very professional. They are also very flexible and willing to do special cleaning jobs like fridge, etc.

It went extremely well. Maid Brite was very accommodating and arranged to have my house cleaned on a Saturday for guests we were having over and then put me on an every other week schedule at the time and on the day I requested. Arthur and Cara came on time Saturday, were very professional and friendly and did a wonderful job thoroughly cleaning my entire house and leaving it spotless.

Maid Brite is professional, reliable and easy to work with. They have very reasonable prices for the services provided. Dana is great at scheduling extra projects. I cannot imagine cleaning my house without them! I would higly recommend them to family and friends.

I have been having Maid Brite clean my house for over a year. They perform and excellent job and the customer service is outstanding. What I like the most about them is the little extra touches they perform like reorganizing the kids stuffed animals on their bed or fluffing the pillow. It is really obvious when they have cleaned a room because it smells great and everything sparkles. I would highly recommend them.

We began using Maid Brite in approximately 2004. Over the years they have provided reliable service of consistently high quality. They are always able to work with us when we have necessary schedule changes. Price adjustments over the years have been very reasonable. The staff we have met in our home and on the phone have always been friendly, curteous, and respectful. Whenever I call and leave a message someone gets back to me in a timely manner. We have been very happy with their work which is why we have continued to take advantage of their service. I absolutely love coming home on Maid Brite days to my fresh, clean home and have never been disappointed.

We have used Maid-Brite for weekly house cleaning since 2008. Their employees are polite, professional and thorough. Management is very responsive to requests for improvement and changes in service.

Hard working, reliable two person team each week. Team always includes one person familiar with the condo. They work from a checklist, moving through each task efficiently. I highly recommend them for quality work, no drama, always reliable.

The actual cleaning service was very good ( a little pricey), the ladies who came did a great job. The communications between the office contact person and us were very poor on three counts; 1.) Lack of clarity on when cleaners would arrive. Whent he day came for the seocnd clean, we had not heard anything, and since we were not "regulars" we had no ide when they were coming. When I called, the contact person said "we have too many clients to call everyone" and "that's not the way we do it." He said they would be there sometime after 2. Again, since we were not regulars yet, they didn't have a key, and when I asked him if the expectation was that we stay home from 2-6, he said that was as good as they could do. 2.) We never received any kind of list of what was included in the cleans (our bad, we should have asked). 3.) We learned that it was highly unlikely that the same people would be coming to the house, that it would likely be different people every time. We had hoped that it would at least rotated brtween a few regulars, so they would get to know us and the house. Again, we should have asked. The office person was not able to hear our questions and concerns without responding with condescension bordering on rudeness, repeating several times that they "have so many clients." Even though the clean was well done, we decided we could not establish a long term relationship with this firm, and are continuing to look

I've hired Maid Brite on an every-two-weeks basis based on their mostly excellent performance. As my ratings suggest, their punctual, reliable, and the price can't be beaten. The only nick is a rotating cast of employees that, perhaps once every 3 or 4 cleanings, don't do the usual bang-up job. Notably, my wood floors are tracked on after mopping (it is a wet winter, granted). I've alerted the company and they've been responsive, hence the A for that. Otherwise, I have no reservations recommending Maid Brite and I'm happy with them (I continue to use them).

They showed up and did their job in a timely manor. I asked for twelve hours of work and they game me thirteen. The person I spoke with on the phone was extremely professional and the workers were extremely nice and professional as well.

We have had a great experience with Maid Brite so far. We've been having them clean our home bi-weekly for the past few months. Dana has always been very respectful and interested in what our cleaning priorities are. We've been especially pleased with Jo and Gary, although we have always been happy with any of the staff's work. We look forward to continuing our relationship with them.

You don't know the definition of the word "clean" until you've used Maid Brite. I was astounded at how gleaming and shining my house could be after they were here. Owner Mary Jo is a delight to work with and her staff is equally as professional. I like the company's business-like approach to house cleaning-- something you don't always get with a service like this. I can honestly say I look forward to their next visit. My house says "thanks" too!

They're excellent. I have been using them for several years. They are honest and do a great job. I am very pleased with them. Last time they had a little extra time and cleaned my basement stairs and the downstairs toilet.

They did a fantastic job. At the first visit, the owner walked through and discussed (in detail) what I needed and wanted. The company was super-careful with my belongings and attended to every request. They changed linens, did laundry and made the bed exactly as I requested. The place was spotless and smelled wonderful after both cleanings. I also have a dog -- they are very dog friendly. Highly recomend.

They are very good. Their professionalism and quality of work are very good.

I scheduled for a deep cleaning of our house because it was being placed on the market to be sold. I spoke with them a week in advance and confirmed all services required(including window cleaning). I called the day before the appt to just verify that the windows would be cleaned. I spoke with a lady who had a very aggressive and rude tone. She said "we don't do windows" she never apologized for the inconvience. Due the lack of professionalism I would not recommend this place.

It went well. The ladies were very polite and worked hard. The price was a lot though...I was in a pinch so I used them anyway...They did a very good job but were expensive.
