Description of Work: Replaced all my windows in my house. Mark was great: professional, easy going, FAST and no pressure. The only slight issue I have is some of the windows are Very difficult to lock and I have to put all my weight on them to get the clicky thing to click over; like they don't line up perfectly. I am sure if I called him to come out and adjust them he would but it doesn't really bother me.

Description of Work: Mike replaced two windows and a door. He was great. He had to deal with a ton of ants when he pulled out the old window yet, he stayed calm and kept me calm.

+ -1 moreM and M Improvements does an excellent job and they clean up after themselves, you wouldn't even know they've been there except the windows look better. They're punctual and works fast. They're very, very nice, Mark Ehrett is the person to contact, like I said, they clean up after themselves which is rare for people who provide those kinds of services. I had recently broke my foot and he moved stuff around which was not in the contract and he did not charge me extra for it but I had done quite a few windows with him before. He's very reasonable and very prompt, I can't ask for more than that.

+ -1 moreThey are always prompt, reasonable, quick and clean up after themselves. They always do a fantastic job, never leave a mess and will always come out to make tweaks if needed. They are also work very well with others.
