I gave Larry a call several weeks ago to cut my hedges and a large bush. They were restricting my view when pulling out of my drive way and blow my leaves to the curb. I really want to thank him for taking my small job. He is a very busy man this time of year, and I appreciate his service to my yard. He is very customer service oriented. I hope to use his lawn services in the future. He has very efficient men working for him and like to thank them also.

Great, came out next day provided estimate, accepted the estimate and was out the next day to do the work, done in about 2 hours or so, cleaned up and gone. Ready for the new privacy fence now.

Due to the necessary equipment involved, this company was not able to meet my needs. Still, the conversation was well worth it!. The contractor provided to me the detailed information I needed and the proper questions to ask in order to find the right contractor for my situation. He was very courteous, attentive, and very knowledgeable about needed services. The consult cost me nothing, but it will allow me to avoid it possibly disappointing snow plow arrangement for this upcoming winter.

The work that is performed for me is fantastic! The owner and his employees are very friendly & professional! Weekly, my yard is done as promised; this is a small business that I am glad to use.

The aeration seemed to be good. I called him and asked questions because I couldn't tell if it was seeded or not. He said that he did what was purchased and that was it. He was kind. I did not know if they were supposed to call before they came. I just heard a noise and I didn't know where it was coming from but I understood it when I saw him on my lawn. He was prompt. We didn't wait too long before he came to perform the service. They should notify the customer when they're coming out. The price was good.

Although it took us a bit of time to make contact, Larry of Luxury Lawn has given me a fair deal on weekly lawn care. I wasn't sure, since it was so late in the season, if he could add me to the route, but he has and his crew is doing great work! I am really quite pleased! Larry also gave me a good idea of what his interpretation of spring clean-up entails so I can be prepared next year. I had used a different company this past spring and didn't know I wasn't getting what I paid for in the process. Luxury Lawn will be the company I call next spring. I definitely plan to use Luxury Lawn in the future and will recommend them to others.

Larry the owner has been very nice and professional. Even though I am not a high dollar client he treats me like one. They came by and performed clean-up and now do monthly maintenance. I was changed $400 for clean-up and now they perform maintenance for $100 a month. My yard is not very big, however it was a mess to clean-up. They had to dig-up a yucca and a tree; plus they had to shovel all the leaves and dead branches because my previous service stopped showing up. I asked the owner to have his guys trim my bushes along my driveway and in my back yard. Apparently, he has trouble communicating this to his guys. He just tells them trim the bushes. Now they have cut the bushes in my front yard in the front of my house TWICE and they look AWFUL! I don't know why this is such a problem. Communication between him and his guys TERRIBLE! I'M NOT HAPPY! I have no doubt he didn't see the end of contract coming as it took him 6 months to finally communicate with his guys which bushes to cut. I am not exaggerating. I was surprised to see a man cutting man cutting the correct bushes when I came home but it was to late. I had already gone with another service. But before this incident the service was spot on. I don't really understand why this was such a problem for him. He says he communicates with his guys; well I saw the instructions he gave his men, all it said was trim bushes. Considering, that they were only contracted for maintenance on the front lawn the men naturally assumed trim the front bushes. HE NEVER TOLD THEM ALONG THE DRIVEWAY OR THE BACK! When I constantly spoke to him about this he assured me he would correct but never did. Until, I was furious and had a very loud conversation with him. By then for me it was to late. Six months to trim bushes. Come on! All you had to do, is tell them which bushes. Anyway, up until the bushes the service was excellent.

Even though they were already booked up for the snow removal season, they called me back within minutes to let me know. It is a courtesy often overlooked by service providers! Thank you for not leaving me hanging.

They do a great job, they come regularly. They mold the lawn and trim.

We have used Luxury Lawn Inc. for many years( perhaps 10 or more) during this time they have grown substantially. We usually receive their contract during the month of March and designate what services we want for the summer season. We generally trim our own shrubs and ask for a spring and fall clean up of our yard. This clean up involves removing debris from the winter such as fallen limbs and the remaining leaves that accumulate during the winter. The fall cleanup includes the removal of leaves from a number of trees that we have. The monthly maintenance charge is currently about $130.00 per month and the spring clean up has varied from $100.00 to $150.00 and the fall clean ups have been from $160.00 to $240.00 for the past 3 years. If we need other service such as mulching or bedwork edging, dethatching or aeration we call and set an appt. They also provide weed and feed services, however, we had been using another company for fertilizing when we started with Luxury Lawn and have continued with that company. Larry Naso or his crew come each week rain or shine. They have heavy duty mowers and it takes about a half hour for them to cut and edge our lawn (our lot is 1/2 of an acre). When they are done they clean up all of the cut grass and we are very pleased with their work. We have recommended this company to others.

I hired them last year and again this year. They do the lawn maintenance for both my home and my son's. Very pleased with their work. If I need anything or want something change, I just call or email, and the next time they are out it is done.

I called two landscapers from Angie's List but Luxury Lawn was the one that returned my call that day within a couple of hours. I have never head back from the other guys. I explained to Larry what I needed to get done. He said he would stop by as soon as the snow was gone and put an estimate in my mailbox. It took about a month for the snow to disappear and once it did he came out and gave me an estimate. I thought it was fair but a little more than I was hoping to pay. I called Larry and we talked for a while about what I needed and the timing etc. We compromised on edging the beds and agreed he would get the mulch for me and install it . We also agreed on the lawn service and I explained that my previous lawn care company was not consistent with billing and he explained his process which is consistent and fair. Luxury Lawn has been out a few times now and they do a nice job on the lawn. I have requested that the mulch not be done until June so I will come back and add to my review once that important work is done. Hopefully, the other jobs I need done can be done by Luxury Lawn - just waiting till phase one is done before launching into more projects with them. I recommend them to anyone who asks - and even those that don't. Everyone I have talked with has been very nice and professional.
