The owner (Larry) contacted me within 24-48 hours and prepared a written quote for my yard and my neighbor's yard very promptly. He explained his services and his method of billing during our initial conversation. His method of billing is monthly, straight forward and consistent. It is preferable to others that I have had in the past. I found Larry professional and friendly. His crew has been faithful in performing the service every Thursday and they also are pleasant people. My only concern is the tire-worn areas in the backyard, but I have not yet had time to mention this to Larry.

Larry is great to work with. Responds to emails and phone calls promptly. Called with a little problem and it was corrected immediately. When it snows driveway is cleaned.

Overall they have done a good job. It took a while for the owner to get back to me after the initial request for a quote and he did go to the wrong address, but then went out of his way to come to my home and get me a quote as quickly as possible. His crew got the work done on time and the yard looks good. There is a surcharge for fuel when the cost goes above a certain value, but this is understandable and was clearly explained to be when he gave me the verbal initial quote and in the written contract. The owner was easy to work with and conducted himself in a very professional manner. The contract is more expensive than the previous business that hired, but so far Luxury Lawn has been more reliable.

I have a contract with them for the summer for regular lawn maintenance: mowing, mulch, spring clean-up & fall clean-up as well. Overall, the experience has been very good. The technicians are very professional, and so far, they do what they say. They're also very timely about doing it. I think their prices are reasonable. My lawn care has been very good. They also have removed my snow in the winter; they came in the morning, and if it snowed during the day, they would come back the same day to make sure it's cleared during the peak "in-and-out" times (early in the morning when going to work, in the afternoon when coming home). I'm happy with their services.

I called this service and also tried to reach them through Angie's List. The mailbox was full and the link came back as unable to reach (MAILERDAEMON). All in all a bad experience.

Note finished yet. However, I am sure the quality of service will not change nor will my rating.

Even though I called at the last minute, they came out and ploughed the drive. They price was fair and the job was very professional. I am looking forward to having them back out in the spring to give me estimates for year round service. I only wish we would have done it sooner!

Disappointment that he couldn't plow the drive, but very happy that Larry returned my call so promptly, and especially that his recommendation worked out.

I have a different company do my lawn work now. The quality of his work was okay but a couple of his workers were a little too cavalier with what they were trimming and I lost part of my garden to it. The price was good. He just kept to a schedule and he was here when he said he would be; I didn?t really talk to him about the next time he would come. He was professional but his workers were pretty poor.

Larry is extremely professional - we negotiated the terms of the contract up front and the work was done on-time and with complete professionalism. In the past, I've had lawn care providers who do work outside of the contract and then surprise you with a bill larger than expected. There were no such surprises with Luxury Lawn - just good, dependable work! Thank You Luxury Lawn!

So far they are working out. They come when they say they will. They have come twice day when its required. They have been working out well.

They did a great job. The grass was cut weekly and on time. They also cleaned up after themselves, leaving nothing behind. Up to now, we' ve had bad experiences with people taking our money and not performing service or doing it poorly. They were great and showed that they not only do a great job, but more importantly could be trusted and relied upon (which unfortunately is something hard to come by today).

They came out for tree servicing and front yard clean up. They have listened to our instructions. I have had other companies and you never know who you are talking to.

They have always been very prompt about responding to my emails, and it was very helpful that the guy would still service us although we are not living in the house that he is servicing at this time.

They did a good job. We were very pleased with when they came and how they did the job.

Poorly. They refused the work. Evidently we were not worth it. They did recommend some guy that worked for them, that we called, but he never called us back.

They called me back that evening which was nice. He was very helpful but he is backed up and unable to accommodate me at this time.

Gas leak had killed a hedge of 18 shrubs, which were all but impossible to remove without expensive, heavy equipment. Because Luxury Lawn has steady customers during the week, Mr. Naso and his team took time to come on a weekend to work absolute magic! Removed and replaced the shrubs without giving it a second thought. They were diligent, conscientious and great sports when the going got tough. Next time there's something I can t do myself or when I find myself in a bind, there's no question who I m going to call.

I have asked them to remove the clippings because I don't want things blowing in the flower beds. They come promptly, they also do my fertilizing and my grass is looking better than it has in years. They are moderate in cost. I plan on using them for snow plowing as well.

If I call them for concerns, he responds right away. The owner comes out and does the work.

They did a huge clean up for me after a snow fall, and they only charged me $220. This price included the spring clean up as well. For what they did the price was worth it.

He was very polite and willing to share his recommendations for the job we were going to do ourselves. He forgot to mention the delivery cost when we originally talked so that was a surprise but it was still reasonable.

They did alright, but they weren't consistent. The job was not as good some times as others. The price above is per month.
