Description of Work: I had to have my old patio taken up and then relayed down again. Lankan and especially Neil Goldweber were just amazing and most professional. Not only did they replace my patio perfectly, they made so many adjustments and improvements that it was unbelievable. No extra fees or hidden costs. Just amazing work. I love my new patio and it actually looks better than the original job. Neil recommended amazing flowers and plants and promised to guarantee them!!!!!

Description of Work: I got a quote to do general yard cleanup, tree removal and removal and disposal of an arbor that was rotting After I received the initial quote, I asked for a couple I additional items including winterizing a water pump and planting some grass They felt the additional work wasn't significant and they would just bill it to the flat hourly rate provided in the estimate The work was done timely and professionally and UNDER budget from the original estimate I noticed that they had not removed a tree that was in Initial proposal. They came back out and removed the tree without adding an additional expense. Extremely professional I was super impressed with how they handled everything. I would highly recommend them to anyone

Description of Work: Had just built a home and the grading/landscaping was a combination of shale, rock and clay. Lanhan came in and removed much of the shale and rock, removed smaller downed trees, covered the remainder with topsoil and seed and extended my useable yard to a much larger area and it looks beautiful. My only concern is that it was done too late in the season and the grass is germinating while the leaves are falling. Some of the lower spots are accumulating lots of leaves. But overall, I'd do it again with Lanhan in a heartbeat!!! Good people!

Description of Work: The folks at Lanhan are terrific. From beginning to end they were professional, prompt and courteous. I had them come out and design a landscape for my entire yard. They forwarded a complete landscape via email complete with pictures! It was awesome to be able to see what my yard would look like when the job was complete. When it came to installation, they worked around my schedule, completed the work in the amount of time they originally estimated, and billed me afterward for the job. I was so pleased with the finished product. It looks so pretty. These folks are great to work with and they do follow up calling. I highly recommend this company if you are looking for a great landscape with professional, courteous, prompt, and honest folks. You won't be disappointed. Thanks Lanhan!

Description of Work: The company provided a free rough drawing for the landscaping plan. While it was delayed for a while, the final drawing was very thorough. The representative went over everything in detail and provided cost estimates for doing the work.

 + -1 moreNeal and his crew arrived on time and he has some excellent stone specialists that did a beautiful job on the sandstone walk. They raised it and reset it in gravel and added two steps to improve drainage. They came up with a nice, simple landscape design for a small area in the front and installed it. Neal worked with me to get the price down a bit. They did a nice job digging a whole and burying the drain pipe, then mulched around. That made a huge improvement in the area. Neal has a great eye and is easy to work with and very anxious to please. Though they're expensive, they do quality work. They cleaned up every day and Neal came back the next day to ensure everything was to my approval.
Description of Work: We initially were referred to Lanhan by another tradesman and talked to him about landscaping a small section of the front of my house and resetting a sandstone walk. Neal walked around and also identified a large drain pipe that should be buried, which they did.

 + -1 moreOur contact, Neal Goldweber, was wonderful to work with. We already had a landscape plan, and he studied it carefully, then made suggestions for improving it. Eventually, we just gave him a budget and told him to make it look great within that amount. He did exactly that, and then some. Everything has been in for a little over a week now, and we are completely happy with it. The crew was great, and worked very hard to get the plants in quickly, so we could get the lawns germinated before the cold weather. They even leveled the air conditioning units for me, and moved left over stone that we ended up not using. They were absolutely great, and I highly recommend Neal and Lanhan. When budget allows, I will definitely have them back to do a few more projects. Neal is easy to work with, and works hard to make the customer happy.
Description of Work: Cleared out out old plantings, prepared beds and lawn areas, installed plant materials and grass seed. Mulched, etc.
