Ed was a very meticulous person who acted like he was working on his own home. I was very concerned about not only getting the pocket door fixed, but getting all the stained trim off and put back on without damaging the wood. I can tell you Im a fussy person, and the door not only works like new, but you would never know it or the trim was ever touched.Happy guy....

I had some rotten wood on my patio doors, and others recommended replacing them. Ed came and replaced the rotten wood, sanded and painted, and it looks perfect. Saved me a lot o f money and time.

Needed a pro to take care of a difficult job, and that's what i got, real pro and more important the lost art of customer service..job needed a second visit and landmark came back out with no hesitations and went above and beyond to be sure i was satisfied...I'm not one to write reviews or trust this new era of customer service or lack there of, but i need to give credit where credit is due... they reassured me that are still a few business left that stand behind their work...i would definitely recommend and use landmark again.

Called @ 8:30 am and the repairman showed up by noon and fixed my storm door to my complete satisfaction. The cost was very reasonable.

Ed promised me that the cost for the project would not exceed his service charge and that if he could not make the repairs to my satisfaction, I would owe nothing. He kept his promise and repaired the garage entry door to my satisfaction.

The contractor finished the work he was hired for. There was a problem at the end of this project but the contractor was honorable and came to rectify the issue and finish the project.
