Another company recommended we replace our door. landmark was able to repair the frame and cosmetically make fixes. Both fast and knowledgeable.

He called very quickly after I submitted the quote request. Said he was finishing a job but thought he could get to me later afternoon. He did call as promised, came and fixed the problem. Price was reasonable. Did I mention it was the day before Thanksgiving.

This was a door on our rental property. One of my tenants friends had a few too many beers and inadvertently kicked in the lock on the door frame. They Specialize in door repairs that are hard to do. He was able to fix the door as opposed to replacing it which probably saved me about $500.

We had a front entrance door retro-fitted...AFTER a previous installer totally messed up the first try at installation. Landmark not only fixed that job beautifully, but fixed a rotten threshhold on another door and gave us free advice on a leaky door. And the owner intermittently asks the homeowner if the work is suitable. VVERY CONSCIENTOUS! I can't say enough good things about this business!

We couldn t be happier with the repair to our French doors. They have never worked this well. Landmark construction was worth every penny!

I hired this company in February to repair storm doors. They promised work to be completed within 2 weeks upon ordering the needed parts. Two month later I had to call and find out why they had not completed the job. They claim they lost the **work order** Another two weeks pass, and they arrive to do the repairs. They promised to return to repair a lock after ordering the parts. Called them after a month of waiting, and they claim they needed the serial number off of the door. It has now been two more months, and they still have not returned to repair the lock. UPDATE: June 24th, 2019, modified review. The contractor took full responsibility for their delays and offered substantial compensation.
