+ -1 morePeter gave us options, suggestions, and worked around our schedule. He showed up, and completed the job when he said he would. Clean-up was thorough. He followed up with phone calls to be sure everything was fine and that we were satisfied. He told us to call him if there was anything we had a question on later.
Description of Work: Tear-off of the flat roof on our balcony. Removal of old railing system. Reworked door sill and flashing. Installed ice guard, put down new roofing material and a new railing. Looks great!

+ -1 moreThe owner Andy came out and gave me an estimate the day after I called him. He gave a very detailed estimate within a few days. He worked with my schedule and was very responsive to any questions that I had. He and his crew (1-2 people in addition to him) arrived on time daily. They covered my wood floors completely. Andy made sure that we could use our rooms even when they were in the middle of working in them. They cleaned up everything after they were done. They did a fabulous job!!! Thanks Andy
Description of Work: Removed wallpaper, repaired damaged plaster walls, prepped, primed, and painted kitchen. Repaired damaged ceiling, primed and painted living room. Prepped, primed and painted new drywall in dining room and family room. Prepped, primed, and painted old wood around windows and doors. Removed multiple layers of wallpaper, prepped, primed, and painted hallway.
