+ -1 moreI called Ty Bowen in the morning and left a message, which he returned in just a few minutes. He gave his location and promised to call before 5 p.m. He called at 4:20, got directions, promised to arrive within 30 minutes, and arrived in 20 minutes. He told me that his task would be tricky because of continuous traffic on my narrow street and because there were so few places to place the plowed snow. He told me his fee before beginning work (which I thought was a bit high, but agreed to. Other plowers were unwilling to come because of the street and driveway dimensions.) Given the constraints, he did an acceptable job: ice and packed snow beneath the surface prevented him from scraping to bare concrete. (I could see his truck bouncing over those spots in the driveway).
Description of Work: Plowed 190-foot log, narrow Lakewood driveway to allow passage of 1 vehicle from double-car garage. Moved snow to one side in back yard. Moved snow out of motorists' path in street to curb.
