The job went very well from ordering the fabric to hanging the drapes. The actual labor to make the drapes was very reasonable, it was the price of the fabric that made the drapes so expensive. Therefore the bottom line price will fluctuate drastically depending on the selected fabric. I was very pleased with Labett designs and would not hesitate to call them in the future.

I think they are reasonable and cooperative. They were also professional. I would be glad to use them again.

They were very friendly and did an excellent job! There have been no problems at all.

I don?t want someone who has never done this before experimenting on my project. I would not consider him in the future.

They took the time to help us select the right type of drape and sheer, were patient with us as we went through the sample books and they didn't hover over us as we were looking. They gave us recommendations of types of fabrics and prices and worked with us to get us the best price for what we wanted. The work was very professionally done, they steamed the curtains, hung them, and they look beautiful. When our sheers came in, they were not done correctly. So Labett hung the incorrect ones but had the factory remake them and came out to rehang them and remove the other ones. They also threw in complimentary sheers and rods for the kitchen door and front door windows. They were very pleasant to work with, answered all of our questions patiently and did a wonderful job.

Overall the experience was good. The response time to come out to the house to measure and provide samples was very prompt. I think if I would have visited their showroom versus rely on the samples traveling with the home designer, I may have made different choices. My final choices were good and I am happy with the results, the choices were just very safe. There was a slight setback over an actual delivery date for the product; however, the communications from the office was very good and they tried to be very accommodating for the change of the installation date. The designer, office and installer were all very pleasant to work with. I will use them again.

They were very obliging. I would use them again if I need to.

They were knowledgeable, present, helpful, quick, and at a price way less then others. By doing another window in another room I saved on installation. I will used them again in a heart beat and recommend them to anyone.

The person who installed the blinds was able to install it in-set, as far as possible, so the wood trim could show. He was able to put the treatments in a way so that I could still have the curtains hanging with the shades and so that I could have my stained glass window piece visible.

THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL, THEY DID EXCELLENT QUALITY WORK AT A REASONABLE PRICE, AND THEY WERE ALWAYS ON TIME. BETTY, THE DESIGNER WAS A DREAM TO WORK WITH. WE WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.

WE BOUGHT CUSTOM MADE BLINDS. WAS TOLD IT WOULD TAKE 1 WEEK TO BE READY. WE CALLED AFTER 2 AND WERE TOLD THAT IT ALWAYS TAKES AT LEAST 2. AFTER 6 WEEKS WE CANCELED. THEY CALLED THE NEXT DAY, SAID THEY WERE READY AND DEMANDED WE PICK THEM UP!

THEY MADE SURE EVERYTHING WAS HUNG EVENLY AND BALANCED. THEY WERE NICE.
