+ -1 moreWHEN WE PERSISTED AND MADE CONTACT, HE TOLD US THAT THERE WOULD BE A 6-8 WEEK WAIT. WE WAITED. AT THE 8-WEEK MARK, HE DID NOT APPEAR AS PROMISED AND HE DID NOT CALL US. WE GAVE HIM THE BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT BUT ENDED UP WASTING PRECIOUS TIME WHEN WE COULD HAVE INVESTIGATED OTHER SERVICE PROVIDERS.PROVIDER SEEMS INTERESTED IN DOING THE WORK, BUT BEST TO HAVE A BACK-UP PROVIDER IN MIND.
Description of Work: MULTIPLE CONTACTS WERE MADE WITH THIS PROVIDER. IN THE MIDDLE OF ESTIMATING THE JOB AND SUBMITTING A PLAN TO US, HE DID NOT RETURN CALLS OR MAKE CONTACT.
