+ -1 moreExcellent. The finished portion of the basement is a large room 13 1/2' x 60'. Jim was able to lay the floor with only 1 seam which he matched perfectly. If he didn't show us where the seam was you would never be able to find it. He also installed the vinyl on the stairs leading up from the basement to the back door landing. Beautiful job. The price was well worth the craftsmanship and care used for the installation.
Description of Work: Jim Kotesovec was referred to me by a friend to install a new vinyl floor in our basement. We purchased the roll vinyl from Whitmore Carpet one. Jim picked up the product from the warehouse and did the installation in the finished portion of the basement along with 11 steps.
