The day we had scheduled turned out to be cold and raining, but they did the power washing. In spite of the inclement weather, the job turned out very well. They stayed until it was done, which I'm sure took longer than they anticipated because of the weather. All in all, I would call them again.

William was very friendly and a diligent worker. He matched a quote from another competetor and the work was done timely with myself being continually made aware of the process - step by step. The only complaints that I have are that #1~ after we struck a deal regarding price via e mail, when he showed up to start the work, he wanted to haggle on more of the price that he would receive - even though we had already come to an agreement, and my porch was supposed to be scraped before being painted. I hadn't noticed until I inspected the work further when they left and the job was completed. My original quote clearly states that it would be.
