Jim was the technician who came out. My cousin also used his services in early December. I take care of my mother?s home and he charged us about $75 for diagnosis and the cost of the repair was another $150. Everybody else was telling me that they would charge $125 to come out and take a look. He recommended us to have the furnace replaced since the house is pretty old, but he did fix it. He works in Cleveland which is hard to find because people don?t come into the neighborhood. So he was prompt. I called him in the morning and he got there the next day. He came right away on an emergency basis. He also guaranteed the work that he did. I don?t have to pay any more for diagnostics within 30 days. So that was good. He is very friendly and he gives good information. He answers questions and stuff. He also gives you some options. I have used his services for many years in a couple of houses. So I would recommend him. I have tried other people and one of them disconnected my furnace. They disconnected the grounding wire and didn?t come back. I made all kinds of repairs to fix and then the other people came in and tangled up the wires.
