Joe and his crew are excellent! He always returns phone calls promptly and the yard always looks great when they are finished. He designed and installed the front beds and they turned out beautifully. He always goes the extra mile and is very professional. I had bought some simple paving stones that lead to the bird feeders (so I didn't have to walk in the mud to refill them in the spring) and one of his crew members offered to dig holes to place them properly on the lawn and they look great! This was all done with no extra charge; just outstanding customer service! If you are looking for any kind of yard maintenance or design of any kind, you will not be disappointed with Kennedy's.

Kennedy is very reliable. I am giving the price for lawn mowing which is the consistent service we get. We are also able to contract every year for additional services including fertilizing, yard clean up, trimming, etc as needed. This has been a great service for us.

Overall, it has been a positive experience. I got estimates from a couple of places, and obviously checked on Angie's List. He wasn't the least expensive, but he has done a good job. I am using him again this year for my lawn maintenance. He has always returned my calls, promptly. If I wanted an estimate on additional work, he got me an estimate quickly.

Great company. Owner stands behind the work. Fair prices, and very responsive. You want the job done right, call them.

Originally we just wanted to get the evergreens trimmed back. I called Joe and he answered his business telephone number at 7:30pm! He came promptly (within the week) to get the details of what we wanted trimmed and to give us an estimate. We got three estimates for this job, and not only was Joe's the least costly but when he met with my spouse to get the details of the job she felt that he was the most knowledgeble of the contractors from whom we got estimates. We then changed our mind and decided that we wanted the evergreens removed, so I called Joe again and he came promptly (again) and gave us another estimate. Again we got 3 estimates, and again Joe's was the lowest. When I called Joe to schedule the work, he was forthright about being busy and gave us an estimated date of three weeks for when he'd be able to do the job. He kept us up-to-date with any potential changes in date, and actually ended up coming sooner than we had expected. His crew did a great job clearing the shrubs that we asked him to without damaging the tree growing in the midst of the debris. They hauled everything to the treelawn where it was picked up by our city. There was some debris (twigs, clods of dirt, etc.) left in the yard, but with the large volume of scrub they dragged across our lawn and the price we paid I was extremely happy with their work. We would definitely use Kennedy's Outside In again.

Excellent, fast response, written estimate, was easy to set up lawncare for a short term. Guys do such a great job, will continue for rest of season.

Joe and his crew are very hard workers, pretty much working non-stop. The pavers look wonderful as well as the new plantings. As far as how the drainage will work, we'll have to wait for a heavy rain. They left the work area clean and neat. Joe Kennedy is fair, honest and professional. Overall, he is good to work with and has expertise that I have found immensely helpful. He has been taking care of our yard for the past 3 or so years and we are very happy.

. They ploughed my garage for this time's winter. He even ploughed one of my sprinkler heads too. I have been trying his phone number. This is one of the first times he ploughed. You have stakes on the side of the drive way so that you don't run over the lawn. This guy ran over his own stakes, ploughed my lawn and buffaloed one of my sprinkler heads. Most of the landscapers I have seen they come at the end of season, pull up the stakes, and check on your lawn. If they have messed up your lawn they would repair it. That is the standard operating procedure in the industry. This guy did not do it. As for his price, his showing up, and doing everything I was very happy with that. The guy was there early in the morning and he ploughed my grass. From that respect he did a great job. I am very happy. Considering that I had paid for my lawn professionally done and last fall I had it aerated and seeded. Overall he did a good job. He was there ploughing the drive at 4and 5 AM. I talked to other people where they are getting ready to go out the door for work and the plough has not come yet. He was there and my driveway was ploughed. I am very happy with that. So he was responsive and punctual. You talk to people out there and in my understanding that the industry standard is that pretty much everybody comes by in spring and they look at your lawn and then see whether they had really messed up your lawn. This guy never did that. I was very disappointed in that. That is where he professionally fails. I would not use him in the future.

They were reasonably priced and they were prompt. They did everything I asked them to do.

They were prompt in responding and the price was good. We would recommend them. They got the work done fast and as we had expected.

It has gone excellently. He is very professional, pleasant and eager to please. He is very knowledgeable in his craft. He is the best lawn worker I have ever seen! He is also very easy to get along with.

The yard looks as expected. The grass is growing nicely. The bush and evergreens planted seem to be doing well. So far, I am quite satisfied with the work.

He was fine. I will probably use him next year. He was there when he needed to be there. I didn’t wait.

We had originally hired Joe to do a spring clean-up, and we then asked him to make up a landscaping plan to fill in the huge, ugly, empty spot in front of our house. We were so impressed with his plan (see my prior review), we implemented it the following month. The front of the house looks beautiful!! He chose the best plants and shrubs for my particular situation (northern exposure, not much light), and followed my wishes for a low maintenance landscape. He took care of everything! He even emailed me a detailed care and watering plan that answered all my questions.

We were looking for someone to do basic cleanup. Joe also worked up a plan for landscaping the yard, that can be done in stages, instead of all at once. I was very pleased with his professionalism and knowledge.

Joe Kennedy is very knowledgeable and calls my attention to problems with my grass/lawn as they come up. He is honest and dependable. He does a great job with my yard.
