Hired Keifer's to convert our sunroom to our home office. From the beginning Keith was responsive and easy to work with. He suggested ideas to supplement our vision, things my wife and I never would have thought of. He was transparent with his pricing and schedule, which was helpful. Once construction began from demo to framing to drywall and finishing every person that came to the house was friendly and easy to deal with. Upon completion we were thrilled with the quality and would hire them again without hesitation. When you're having work done at your house you want to deal with people you can trust - these are the guys.

Great!!! They’re starting to finish up now. Any time there was something that I might’ve had a question about they would always fix it or do what I would need them to do. One other thing that I thought was a great feature was any time I tried to get a hold of the company they would answer or respond quickly. We are so excited about our addition by our pool area. It’s turning out beautifully.

Keith and his crew are very professional, timely and the workmanship is of high quality. Was impressed by his suggestions of approach, design and material choices. As the project grew in scope, Keith was very flexible and always willing to go the extra distance to get everything done. He also understands the meaning of a budget at the same time providing high quality work. We have used Keifer Construction, LLC. both on our rental property as well as our personal home. Could not be happier with the quality, workmanship and price. His crew always makes sure the job site is clean and safe. Our neighbor was so impressed, she contracted to have a porch redone as well, Wonderful company.

Worst company to deal with. Rude, disrespectful liars. Promised us everything and it was a miserable experience. Never showed up on time, or just didn’t show. When they did they spent their time complaining about how far they had to drive... then talked obscenely and rudely about us and our ring doorbell camera recorded their racist, hostile and disrespectful comments for months. Finally after numerous mess ups, and unfinished projects after 8+months we caught one of their employees flicking us off and our small child on the ring camera. They are terrible carpenters, terrible painters and sloppy workers. They just take your money and then when you ask them to fix things they get defensive and angry.

Keith is cordial, punctual, fair and professional. Very easy to work with. He is my go-to guy.

Well planned precise, punctual, great crew had repaired where needed, cleaned up after every job took time to explain now, why and what materials used. Worth every penny gave us continuous up dates, listened to our needs.

We rent and sell equipment. Keith was a customer of ours for almost two years. Near the end he would forget checks and his credit cards were not going through. Finally he just disappeared and we never got paid.
