Ked Landscaping

The first month I had them out (April), they did a fantastic job. May was even decent, but they seem to hurry through the work now. They have two owners that seem to approach business differently. They will not do what I ask. I asked one of the owners if he would be sure to trim around the beds and the front tree every week. They tend to leave it longer so I asked for it to be cut shorter. I asked him to do this face-to-face and then they didn?t even do it. He seems to have an excuse as to why he will not cut it shorter. A couple of times I have had to call, they don't get back to me for a while. I understand being busy, but there have been several days between my call and his return call before. I am hesitant to continue using them if the quality continues to deteriorate.
