He wasn't on time and he wasn't accurate with his timing. He showed up early without telling me in advance. I didn't like the way he replaced the connection to the humidifier.
Description of Work: He came out to finish a job that I already paid him for. He replaced a humidifier and he was supposed to replace a valve. I bought the valve and he said he would show up at 9 and he showed up at 7 and I was not ready for him.

I had a problem with my furnace, so I looked for a repair place in my neighborhood on the list. KC Heating & Cooling is listed as being just around the corner from my house, so I decided to give them my business. I called them and got the answering machine. I left a message with my name and phone number and asked for a callback. I clearly stated my phone number twice in my message, so there could be no mistake. Well, it's now been a week, with NO REPLY! I'll make sure not to make the mistake of calling this place again!
