Description of Work: We had a clogged drain that I could not clear myself so I called JPC Plumbing at 8 am and they had a service man at the house by 12:30 pm. He came in, determined what the problem was and went right to work opening the drain within 20 minutes.

Description of Work: When i called for service via my home maintenance insurance instructed me too, information was not related to the plumber correctly, there was mix-up in scheduling and when he arrived, he assumed one thing and the office did not check to see that i had placed a claim with my insurance , after I explained the issue to the plumber, he said that he did not think the insurance company would honor the claim. but according to my maintenance agreement, they should. Because of the way he explained the issue to my insurance company , it was denied because of the way he related the issue, this is so he could charge me more doing it without the insurance. I feel they were dishonested and thought they were taking advantage of a women they charged me for just the estimate , Lesson Learned

Description of Work: Storm sewer from main sewer in middle of street to under the house blocked by tree roots (American elm tree removed years ago, but ROOTS DON't DIE!). Service department of Shaker Heights cleaned city sewer, from sidewalk to main sewer; buckets of roots removed. Contacted JPC Plumbing Company. Ike Levert came in 1-2 days. He did what he could do with certain equipment. Checked every drain, downspouts, back storm drain in driveway. Stated he (or colleague) would be back the following Monday, with additional equipment. Ike's cousin Jay came the following Monday, as planned. He worked all directions, downspout checks, etc, etc. Found 2 major obstructions; cleared them. Both Ike and Jay did excellent work. Left no messes. Explained to me what each was doing, or not doing, why, etc, etc. Polite; great senses of humor; put up with me and my bad jokes. I would gladly refer JPC to friends who need similar services. I intend to use them for other plumbing needs.

Description of Work: I had them 2-3 years ago do some work. This time it was for plumbing in the house. The father has been in charge of the work and this time the son and another guy did the work. The son was in the basement doing the work and I did not hear anything down there. I went to check after an hour and it looked like no one had been in the basement to do any work. His cell phone went off once and he came upstairs. 2-3 hours later he went to lunch and then never came back. The next day he came back and he worked and every 15-20 minutes his cell phone would ring or he would be contacting someone himself. They replaced the kitchen faucet ,counter top and the drain line that went to the kitchen sink. They replaced a valve that did not need replaced in the shower and then I replaced the shower hose. They repaired the toilet and the bathroom sink and they said the seats needed replaced. They replaced the seats and the faucet was worse than before. The cold water valves would not shut off and kept running.

Description of Work: Needed my storm sewer inspected from house to the street. My lawn was caving in so I thought the storm line was broken.

Description of Work: They unclogged a drain and changed a metal pipe in my bathtub to plastic.

Description of Work: I had gas line leaks inside and out. They replace the outside pipe and put new vale inside.

Description of Work: They replaced a gas line from the street to my meter and moved my meter.
