Not good at all have a down payment in May they didn’t start until mid-July.Cindy kept calling telling me supplier was behind in orders,then one man came to do the job he had tear off and put up siding little at a time because he was alone, he did a good job but then to get the gutters on and shutters was a another problem they didn’t finish until mid October and the shutters were wrong size I pointed it out &and she started arguing with me wrong move I told her to take the **** down so suddenly she discounted my final payment by $500

Cindy Amato (the owner) was scheduled to arrive at our house at 1230pm. After calling the office several times, Cindy finally called back. She stated that she had the wrong phone number for us. We had another estimate lined up for 145pm. Cindy finally showed up at 2pm. Once she realized another contractor was here, she quickly got back into her car and stated she will NOT wait for the contractor to finish and she has another estimate that is a priority down the street. Once she left, we called the office. We wanted to arrange for someone else to possibly come out for an estimate. The receptionist who we spoke to told us that WE gave the wrong number. The receptionist was very snarky with us and kept repeating "what can we do to make you happy" everytime we tried to speak. After asking if someone else could come out, she would not respond and began to laugh on the phone resulting in HER hanging up on us. There was absolutely zero professionalism with this company. I personally will never recommend them!

fine, it took them several days to come back to clean the yard. It had snowed so a lot of their mess was caught up in snow. But after it melted, we had to call to make sure they were coming to clean up and they did.

We just got an estimate and that was it. I don’t think I will consider them because, although it was a lower estimate, she was not very thorough. She showed up when she was supposed to but she came dressed up in high heels and she brought a twelve inch ruler. They give a cheaper price but that’s it.

They seemed to do a good job except for the bathroom. I was very unhappy with the work they did in the bathroom. The price was reasonable. I talked to them a couple of times on doing something about the bathroom, but they never really responded.

We are very pleased with the outcome. They were here on time and they completed the work on the same day. Their cleanup was wonderful and we would consider using them again in the future.

They came over the next day and matched the vinyl. We were surprised how quickly the work was done and at a reasonable price.

They answered a lot of my questions. Their prices beat some of the competitors. They were over all professional and responsive and I'm happy with with the windows I got.
