They were on time. Their prices were very reasonable. Their work quality was excellent. They were able to fit me in at very short notice for some additional work I had.

We have been using John for painting at our rental properties, our home and commercial building over the last three years. Each year we have had one or more projects for him both between interior and exterior at various times. Looking back at the last three years we have done more than $25,000 in work with John. The reason we have continued to use John is that from the very start on what began as an insurance painting job after interior water damage on a rental property - John has been incredibly responsive. John has returned to touch up work under his warranty when applicable, although this hasn't been very necessary. John is efficient which makes it easy to work with him. He is in and out and keeps projects compact so that the disturbance is minimal. John can get a lot done in a short period of time and it looks good. John on more than several occasions has adjusted his price down to reflect the actual cost of the job - and in return, we have worked out a final cost that was more than the original quote. Some of the projects are one time while others are continuing upkeep and maintenance. John is my first call when a tenant departs a unit. I schedule John between each tenant for either a touch up or complete repaint depending on the condition of the unit. Each winter John comes to our house to paint/update a room or two. John keeps a busy schedule so getting into his back log/schedule can be a challenge at times - but it speaks to the fact that I'm not the only one that values his work.
