He did the same thing for my brother and charged them a minimal amount of money. He fixed it, cleaned it out and charged them a minimal amount of money. He was gracious and cleaned up after himself. I can't say enough about how nice the guy was and certainly fair priced.
Description of Work: Joe's Handyman Service bailed us out of an emergency with our water heater. He changed something on the water heater that wasn't heating. He said instead of spending the money for a new water heater he wanted us to try this because it may solve our problem and keep it going for another couple of years which it did.

I ASKED HIM NOT TO DO ANYTHING, BUT JUST CHECK IT FOR ME. HE WENT AHEAD AND CLEANED THE POND. THE PROBLEM WAS THAT HE DIDN'T PLACE MY ROCKS BACK WHERE THEY WERE. THEY ROCKS WERE STRATEGICALLY PLACED TO INSURE THE FLOW OF WATER OVER OUR ROCKS. HIS MISPLACEMENT OF THE ROCKS CAUSED A BACK UP AND DRIED UP MY POND. HE DOESN'T DO WHAT I ASK HIM TO DO, I CAN'T WATCH WHAT HE IS DOING, BUT HE DOES WHAT HE THINKS IS BEST NOT WHAT I ASK HIM TO DO. HE SEEMS OVER ZEALOUS WITH HIS WORK.
Description of Work: I ASKED HIM TO CHECK AND SEE IF MY POND WAS WORKING PROPERLY.
