Description of Work: Joe and his crew updated my 1941 bathroom. I wanted to keep as much of the old tiles as I could; however, I knew the shower could not be saved. They expanded the shower with beautiful new tile that compliments the old tile, so we have old married to new. It is absolutely stunning. Joe and his guys are not only amazing craftspeople but really nice also. when I was not home, they would let me dog out. One time I came home and they were all out in the garden with my little dog, encouraging her to go to the bathroom. I actually miss them! So, I noticed recently a few tiles, 3, had tiny flaws. They came right out and replaced them. If all service providers were as overall good as this team life would be wonderful.

+ -1 moreI wasn’t happy at all with his work. He told me three weeks but it took him three months. A lot of the things weren’t done right. I had to fix a couple of things myself. He had sent here one guy by himself. They did about 5 pieces of tiles on a day. It’s just wasn’t a good experience. I wouldn’t use them. It’s about money for the quality work.
Description of Work: I used JG Tile. His name is Jill Gatto. They did the tile work. I put in a custom shower and he did the floor in the shower and all the tile work.

+ -1 moreJoe Gatto is a very good at working. All his assistants are very savvy and are unusually careful about being inside my home. They were very warm and gracious. I loved Joe's crew. I thought his price is very reasonable.
Description of Work: Joe Gatto re-did all the tile on our 80 year old tile wall.
