She is a real estate agent. I contacted her nine months ago. Initially, I had used my friend. However, it didn?t work out. So, I used Jennie Chiccola. I found her through the person, who was doing my mortgage. I gave her the specifications I was looking for. I wanted a house in a particular area. She went through the entire area and got back to me within in a couple of days. I had an entire list of houses to go through. I saw over 200 homes with her. I?d recommend her because she is very knowledgeable in all areas of home ownership. She doesn?t limit her expertise to just realty, but to all aspects of finance as well. She has got the right answers for everything. I don?t think she found the house that I finally bought. She wanted me to love the house I was going to buy. My fianc? found the house and he loved it. I didn?t see any potential, but she told me it was a great place and great neighborhood. I got it for less than the market value. She had a lot of information to give me. If she didn?t know something, she found it for me. I didn?t pay her a flat fee, but she gets a percentage from the sales of the house that I have bought. She is available all the time; even on holidays. She is a Muslim. So, her holidays are different. I?ll definitely use her again for getting my dream house.
