+ 0 moreThe project went very well. Jeff and his team are efficient, professional and conscientious. They work quickly and quietly (as quietly as possible considering a jack hammer was needed for a few hours). They take pride in their work and leave the work site very clean. We've had Jeff do various projects for us over many years and he's always fair, does quality work and provides excellent customer service.
Description of Work: Jeff Kay and his team demolished our old (and very large) deck and screened in porch. The project included disassembling/tearing down the wood deck structure, removing several footers encased in concrete, removing an old concrete patio which was under the deck, repairs to the house siding, painting the back of the house, removing all of the debris and cleaning up the work site.

+ 0 moreIt was a 90 year old ceiling that was falling down. They came in and reinforced the ceiling, put up furring strips and drywall. They then painted it and it looks beautiful. They are a great company and I would highly recommend them. They tore out a kitchen and put the floor in and did the painting. They also did work in my living room and they do beautiful room.

+ 2 moreThey did gorgeous work. They are very nice people and do great work at reasonable prices. I cannot say enough nice things about them. They have done a few different projects for me. Their work was very precise and exactly what they said they would do. When they said they would show up they showed up. They were very punctual.
Description of Work: I used Jeff Kay's Painting Inc. to come out to tear down the wall, gutted the kitchen, and they remodeled it for me. They did the floor, and the painting except the cabinets.
